The episode begins with Yuvraj snatching Abhira’s mangalsutra. In response, she punches him in the nose and flees. Yuvraj taunts her, comparing their relationship to that of Laila and Majnu, but Abhira’s dupatta gets caught on a bush, and she runs off. Meanwhile, Ruhi shows the mangalsutra to Armaan, who recognizes it as Abhira’s.
Wondering where she might be, he spots her pink dupatta stuck on the bush. Abhira then falls, and Yuvraj catches her, expressing his intention to marry her and end their running. He grabs the sindoor box, declaring his ownership over her.
Just in time, Armaan intervenes, snatching the sindoor box and engaging in a physical altercation with Yuvraj. During the scuffle, the sindoor accidentally falls from Armaan’s hand and lands on Abhira’s hairline. Witnessing this, Ruhi stands by. Yuvraj, frustrated by Armaan’s interference, threatens him and accuses him of ruining his marriage plans once again.
Armaan and Yuvraj continue fighting, with Yuvraj ultimately grabbing hold of Abhira. Ruhi intervenes, pleading with Yuvraj to let Abhira go and then proceeds to physically assault him.
Abhira, outraged by Yuvraj’s actions, defends Armaan and herself, reminding Yuvraj of the wrongs he committed against their mothers. As Yuvraj attempts to strike Abhira, Armaan steps in, protecting her and initiating another fight. Yuvraj, now wielding a gun, threatens them, but before he can act, he is shot by the police. As he is apprehended, Yuvraj warns Abhira that her life is now forfeit.
However, he is taken away by Madhav, who scolds him. Yuvraj glances back at Abhira before being led away. Abhira thanks Armaan for saving her.
Later, Armaan admonishes Abhira for not confiding in him about the danger she was in, pointing out that if their father had not known Morse code, her secret message could have gone unnoticed. Despite Abhira’s tears, Ruhi interjects, suggesting that Armaan should not worry about her, as she is capable of handling her own problems.
Dev inquires about Charu’s concerns, offering his support, but she dismisses them, insisting she is fine. Dadi arrives at the café, surprising Charu, who nervously tries to conceal her presence. Dev notices Charu’s stress but accepts her reassurance that everything is okay.
Armaan helps Abhira into the car, and they head home, where Dadi confronts them at the door. She reprimands Armaan for bringing Abhira home against her wishes, but Madhav intervenes, revealing that Abhira’s antics were to protect Vidya from Yuvraj, who was threatening her.
Madhav defends Abhira, asserting her right to stay in the house and praising her sacrifice for Vidya’s safety. Everyone is shocked by the revelation.
