The episode opens with Kaveri expressing doubt that Abhira will return, followed by Manisha’s assertion that Madhav will leave the house the next day. Armaan questions Madhav on how he can leave their mother. Madhav explains that he is doing it for the sake of the family. Manish and Surekha engage in a heated argument, during which Manish mocks Suwarna.
Meanwhile, Abhira is in tears. Manish tries calling out to Abhira but instead sees Ruhi. Abhira, on the phone, says, “Parnanu… can you hear me?” before the call abruptly ends, leaving her in tears. Ruhi, also in tears, tells Abhira that everything will be fine once Armaan’s marriage is over, pleading for her understanding, and expressing that her happiness is incomplete without Abhira’s blessings.
Manish, still wanting to see Abhira happy, admits that he cannot bless her and Armaan, claiming that they will never find happiness together. He emphasizes the current problems and apologizes, unable to offer his blessings. As he leaves, Ruhi vows to demonstrate that happiness lies in Armaan and her being together. In another scene, a lady encourages Charu to speak freely so they can resolve her problem, but Charu decides to leave instead. Dadi inquires about the session, to which Charu responds that she doesn’t want any of it.
At the café, Abhira congratulates Krish on getting his first salary and hugs him. Krish expresses his gratitude, saying it was possible because of her and apologizes for not being able to do anything for her. Abhira suggests making dessert first and then coffee, and they notice the desserts. Ruhi brings Armaan along and advises him to relax and solve his problems later.
Krish invites Abhira to a party he’s throwing for his friends at the club. However, Abhira, recalling Sanjay’s words, declines, saying she won’t go and that he should enjoy himself. Krish apologizes on his dad’s behalf, acknowledging that Sanjay had said something to her, and expresses confidence that she will pass the assignment. Abhira explains that Sanjay has already checked it and there is no way to pass.
Ruhi orders coffee, knowing Krish’s favorite, and reassures him about his parents’ relationship, suggesting that Abhira leaving might actually be beneficial for the family. Krish starts to mention his priorities when Abhira arrives.
He notices her and calls out to her. Ruhi also notices Abhira. Krish asks her why she’s there, to which Abhira replies that she doesn’t want to sit there. Krish insists there are no free tables and invites her to join them, explaining that it’s his treat as he’s celebrating his first salary, giving credit to Abhira.
As the waiter approaches, she stumbles and falls into Armaan’s lap, leading to a momentary gaze between them. Krish, noticing the interaction, smiles. The waiter apologizes, then seats herself beside Armaan. Krish offers her a pastry, which she accepts, agreeing to leave soon. Armaan suggests to Ruhi that they should also depart promptly. They all finish their coffee and pastry. When Abhira coughs, Armaan attentively offers her water. They request the bill.
The waiter presumes they are together and offers to bring a single bill, but Armaan clarifies they are not. Krish volunteers to pay and asks Armaan for a ride, to which he agrees. As they exit, Abhira realizes Krish left his wallet behind. She decides to go to the club to return it, as Krish isn’t responding to calls from Abhira and Ruhi. Meanwhile, Madhav discusses his plans to stay in a government quarter due to a lack of workspace at home, despite Vidya’s reluctance to see him go. He explains that while he was once compelled to leave, it’s now his choice.
At the club, Krish’s friends congratulate him. Krish notices someone with drugs and decides it’s time to leave. Just then, Abhira arrives. Krish and his friends quickly exit the scene, leaving Abhira looking for him, calling out his name.
Meanwhile, the police arrive, and Abhira, caught in the situation, argues with the inspector. A reporter recognizes Abhira as Armaan Poddar’s wife, adding fuel to the media’s claims that she was arrested at a rave party.
Back at home, Madhav and the others watch the news in disbelief. Madhav dismisses the accusations as nonsense, but Sanjay is quick to point fingers, suggesting that Abhira might be involved in illegal activities. Armaan defends her, refusing to believe the allegations.
When Abhira challenges the police to search her bag and conduct a blood test, confident they won’t find anything, the inspector decides to let her go, impressed by her firm stance.
Armaan arrives at the scene, demanding to know where his wife is. The inspector informs him that Abhira wasn’t arrested, admiring her potential to become a brilliant lawyer. Armaan thanks the inspector and tries to talk to Abhira, but she refuses his help, stating that she doesn’t want it.
Their argument escalates, and in a moment of frustration, Armaan accidentally gets slapped by Abhira, causing his glasses to fall and break. She asserts her independence, refusing to take his orders and accusing him of coming to save his own name and insult her instead. Armaan admits to his motives, but Abhira is resolute in her stance, unwilling to tolerate any more insults.
