The episode begins with Abhira confronting Armaan, revealing that Dadi asked him to leave the house because of her. Armaan, unwilling to discuss the matter, is interrupted by Abhira, who insists he choose his family and stay. She expresses her desire to move to a hostel, reassuring Armaan that her mother, despite her promise, would not want him to abandon his family.
Confused by their argument, Armaan questions the need for their fight. Abhira reminds him of their circumstances, both having lost their mothers, and encourages him to trust that she will be fine on her own.
Armaan, seeking to avoid the conversation, suggests he is going to sleep, to which Abhira playfully suggests they take pictures together. She jokes that she will show these photos to her future partner, saying she has “tolerated” Armaan. Armaan, surprised, asks who she is referring to, to which Abhira responds that she believes in truth-based relationships and wants a picture to remember him by.
They take pictures together, but Abhira becomes emotional and starts crying. Meanwhile, Manish prays for Armaan and Abhira, hoping they won’t leave the house, while Ruhi prays for a sign of hope.
Armaan, watching Abhira sleep, reflects on bringing her to the house and realizing the difficulty of her adjustment. He decides to leave, unable to see her struggle.
Abhira wakes up and acknowledges his decision, feeling like a burden in his life. She decides to leave to ease his burden, but Vidya interrupts her packing, determined to keep Armaan and Abhira in the house.
The next morning, Dadi informs Armaan of arrangements for his departure, but Abhira holds onto him, suggesting she will run away when she gets the chance.
Vidya intervenes, refusing to accept the decision, citing her duty as a mother to protect her family. She challenges Dadi’s decision, arguing that Abhira and Armaan are part of the family and shouldn’t be treated differently.
Dadi, however, remains adamant, questioning Armaan’s place in the family. Vidya defends Armaan, praising his character and expressing regret for her previous misjudgment of him. Armaan, touched by Vidya’s words, reaffirms his love for the family. Vidya pleads with Dadi to see Armaan’s love and loyalty, emphasizing that discipline should not overshadow love and fairness. Dadi remains unconvinced, leading to a tense standoff between them.
