The episode begins with a woman announcing that they can start the award distribution once Abhira’s certificate arrives. Sanjay objects, saying they shouldn’t wait for just one girl. Just then, the woman receives Abhira’s certificate and calls her to the stage.
The students grumble about the special treatment Abhira is receiving due to the large certificate. The woman explains that the person behind this gesture wished to remain anonymous but insists on him presenting the certificate to Abhira. She then introduces Armaan Poddar.
Sanjay, surprised to see Armaan, steps off the stage and makes a video call to Dadi, showing her Armaan. Armaan hands the certificate to Abhira, complimenting her hard work and apologizing for not supporting her earlier. The students make remarks about the unfolding family drama while Dadi and the others watch. Sanjay smiles as Armaan asks for silence, stating it’s a personal matter.
Abhira confronts Armaan, expressing her frustration that he mentioned this in public, saying she was fine but missed her mother, and now he has ruined her special day. She walks away, refusing to listen to him.
Madhav arrives and arrests Armaan for harassing Abhira. Vidya urges Sanjay to bail Armaan out, but Dadi insists that he should stay in jail to learn his lesson and forget Abhira. Vidya argues that it’s Abhira’s fault, to which Manisha inquires how. Vidya blames Abhira for their troubles. Armaan, confident, says he will call and get out of jail, but Madhav takes his phone and warns him.
Armaan laments that Dadi and Vidya have broken his heart. He insists that his love is sincere, claiming he has changed and left his family to win Abhira’s trust. He plans to gain Dadisa’s approval and asks what Madhav wants. Madhav instructs the inspector to prepare the chargesheet. Kajal calls Madhav, questioning why he didn’t inform everyone about Armaan and Abhira’s ongoing issues.
She urges him not to test Armaan’s love and Dadi’s patience, and to reveal the truth. Madhav declines, saying he needs their relationship to be strong first. She asks what he plans to do, and Madhav expresses his desire to prevent Armaan from repeating his mistakes.
Meanwhile, Abhira cries, feeling her day has been ruined. She ignores Krish’s repeated calls, eventually answering to learn that Madhav has arrested Armaan. She becomes anxious. Sanjay and Manisha argue over Armaan’s situation.
Manish brings Ruhi over. Vidya and Dadi smile upon seeing her. Dadi approaches to hug Ruhi, but Manish pulls Ruhi back, saying she’s only here to collect her belongings and has no relation with them anymore. Abhira interjects, insisting that they can’t imprison Armaan. Armaan, confident, remarks that he knew Abhira would come to his defense.
Madhav accuses Armaan of not letting go of Abhira. Armaan declares his love for Abhira, claiming she loves him too. Abhira pleads with Madhav not to harm Armaan, asserting his innocence and promising to bail him out. Armaan offers to transfer money, but Madhav questions how without a phone. Abhira reiterates that they can’t imprison an innocent man and is told to leave by Madhav.
She exits, and Ruhi starts packing her bags. Vidya approaches, apologizing. Ruhi, heartbroken, explains how she loved Armaan deeply but was abandoned for someone else. Vidya expresses her understanding and sorrow, and Ruhi assures her it’s not her fault, recounting the past where she married Rohit and Armaan married Abhira despite their love. Vidya hugs her warmly.
Manish mentions that all the bags won’t fit in one car. Ruhi explains she has called for two cars and instructs Manish to go home while she heads to work. Charu arrives, and Ruhi tells him to leave. He refuses, prompting Ruhi to assert her independence and the reality that Armaan won’t return to her. Charu then informs her of Armaan’s arrest, shocking Ruhi. He pleads with her to secure Armaan’s release, and Ruhi rushes off. Meanwhile, Abhira prays at home.
