The episode begins with Armaan saying, “There is nothing between me and Ruhi, trust me. I’m tired of explaining myself. Your doubts have become more important than our relationship.” He leaves, and Abhira starts crying. Vidya arrives to meet her.
She advises, “Either wait for the storm to pass or fight it, but don’t do it alone.” Abhira replies, “Who is with me? Only loneliness and silence.” Vidya urges her, “Raise your voice, make noise, vent your anger.” Abhira asks, “What should I do?” Vidya responds, “You need to decide that. I can only tell you what not to do. Don’t repeat my mistakes.
Armaan’s mom passed away, but my doubts kept her between Madhav and me. Don’t waste your life. In the end, only regret remains. Don’t let anyone come between you and Armaan.” Abhira laments, “Ruhi is always between us, she’s a wall I can’t break.
” Vidya comforts her, “Don’t cry. Go to Armaan, keep Ruhi away. It’s your right and duty. Armaan was your shield, now you have to be the shield for your love. Fight for it, don’t give up.” Abhira confides, “Armaan said he doesn’t love Ruhi, but Ruhi said he did. What if she’s right?” Vidya reassures her, “So what, you are Armaan’s love. He wanted to marry Ruhi for my sake, not because he loved her.”
The next morning, everyone is at the court. Armaan wonders where Abhira is. The judge announces the court’s decision. Abhira arrives and says, “We are withdrawing this case.” The judge, surprised, asks, “The car was faulty, the court is deciding in your client’s favor, and you are withdrawing?” Abhira confirms, “Yes, we want to settle out of court.
” The judge declares the case closed. Jaya questions Abhira, who explains, “Kaka won’t get better if Ruhi is punished.” She hands over a file with the client’s compensation details. Manish thanks and apologizes to her. They hug, while Ruhi and others watch. Armaan tells Abhira, “I’m proud of you.
You’ve shown you’re unbiased and sincere, just like your mother. I owe you an apology and congratulations.” He drops his handkerchief and leaves. Abhira, on a call with Jaya, assures, “Armaan is honest, he’ll come with the cheque.” She finds his handkerchief. The song “Vaaste” plays as she gets a call from Vidya. Abhira says, “We decided on an out-of-court settlement.
You were right, life moves on.” She ends the call, but the handkerchief flies away. She chases it, saying, “I need this, it belongs to my husband.” A lady observes, “She must love her husband a lot to care so much about his handkerchief.” Armaan overhears and thinks, “My wife isn’t here.”
Dadi says, “I will know who won when Armaan comes back home.” Vidya responds, “All three of them won. Abhira fixed everything; our family needed her.” Dadi replies, “She is different from us.” Vidya counters, “Different doesn’t mean wrong.
” Dadi throws a glass in anger, declaring, “Abhira is wrong; she is a disease for us. I will throw her out.” Vidya says, “Armaan and Abhira’s true love will keep our family united. It might be too late by the time you realize this.” Meanwhile, Suwarna wards off bad luck from Ruhi.
Surekha mentions, “Abhira has withdrawn the case; otherwise, we would have lost.” Manish agrees, and Ruhi, thinking of Armaan, leaves. Surekha asks what’s wrong with her, and Manish explains, “It’s the old pain of love; she still loves Armaan deeply.”
Armaan arrives and calls out for Ruhi. Vidya tells him, “She has gone to the temple.” He asks, “Which temple? I’ll find her.” Madhav interjects, “You need to go meet Kukreja, my best friend.” Armaan asks, “Who?” Vidya reminds him, “Did you lose your memory? He was your favorite uncle.
” Madhav adds, “He’s in a big legal problem. Go meet him.” Armaan says, “Later.” But they insist, and he reluctantly agrees. Armaan arrives at a dark place, and as the lights turn on, he sees decorations and is surprised. He finds a gift box, opens it, and discovers a lovely lightball. Abhira appears and says, “You have come into my life like a lightbulb.” He calls out, “Abhira!”
