Kashvi replays Arjun’s love confession in her mind, recalling his words about finally understanding each other’s feelings. He reminds her that he had only fulfilled her earlier request to be with him, implying that she had chosen him over Arjun. Aditya warns her about Arjun’s nature, stating that a cheater never changes. He leaves the decision to Kashvi, noting that he won’t stop her from returning to Arjun but believes she’s naive to think he would allow it.
Meanwhile, Jagdish confronts Arjun about doubting Shanti. Arjun, surprised, asks if Jagdish knew about Kashvi’s love for him. Jagdish confirms, mentioning that Dadi and he were aware. Arjun expresses disappointment that they hadn’t informed him earlier, revealing that Mahima had disclosed the truth to him. Jagdish is taken aback, explaining they had been waiting for the right moment to reveal it.
Kashvi confides in Dadi, revealing the untold story of her and Arjun’s unspoken love. She regrets not confessing their feelings earlier, believing they would have been together if they had. Arjun, curious about the right time to confess, learns from Jagdish that the opportunity was missed when Mahima became pregnant with Karun. Later, Kashvi shares with Dadi that Arjun is interested in rekindling their relationship, disclosing that Arjun and Mahima are in the process of divorce. However, Kashvi mentions that Aditya, her current husband, distrusts Arjun and fears he will hurt her again. Despite this, Dadi defends Arjun’s character, emphasizing his remorse for past mistakes and his enduring love for Kashvi.
Dadi acknowledges that while Arjun has faced consequences for his actions, including losing Kashvi and marrying Mahima, he tried to make amends. Kashvi, torn between her feelings for Arjun and her commitment to Aditya, is unsure about her future. Dadi advises her to follow her heart and choose what will truly make her happy.
Arjun hands divorce papers to Mahima, stating that it’s clear the divorce is mutual and he will have custody of Karun, but she can visit him anytime. Mahima agrees and plans to sign immediately, eager for her new life.
Meanwhile, Aditya finds Jagdish in Kashvi’s office, seeking her. Aditya informs him she’s out and offers to help. Jagdish shares his suspicion of Shanti’s involvement in attacks on Karun. Aditya advises him not to worry Kashvi, promising to handle Shanti himself. Aditya wonders why Shanti is causing trouble in his presence.
Kashvi hears a familiar chime at the door, opening it to find a parrot perched on a small box. Intrigued, she reads the name tag, “Kaju,” and is puzzled. Just then, her phone rings, and it’s Arjun on the line. He explains that he sent Kaju as a reminder of their love, naming the parrot after the first letters of their names—Ka for Kashvi and Ju for Arjun.
Confused, Kashvi hesitates, unsure about keeping the parrot. However, Kaju speaks up, urging her not to send him away and revealing Arjun’s deep affection for her. Surprised by this unexpected gesture, Kashvi looks touched, while Arjun smiles on the other end of the line.
