The episode opens with Shanti contemplating Kashvi’s attempt to protect Karun by hiring bodyguards. She praises her own strategy, noting that Kashvi failed to realize the true danger lies within their home. Meanwhile, Jagdish returns home, prompting Shanti to hide and question his unexpected visit. She is concerned that he might discover Karun’s whereabouts, unaware that Karun has noticed Jagdish and is trying to grab his attention by creating a disturbance.
Jagdish eventually spots Karun on the floor and is shocked by his condition, immediately rushing him to the hospital. Shanti, however, remains confident that Karun will be declared dead by the time Jagdish arrives at the hospital.
Elsewhere, Vishal meets Mahima, who questions him about her numerous missed calls. Vishal expresses shame over their situation but apologizes, assuring her of his unwavering love and commitment. He explains that he cannot introduce her as his wife until after her divorce, at which point he will proudly declare their relationship.
He reassures her that his mother will eventually accept her, urging Mahima not to worry about being forgotten. Meanwhile, Arjun arrives to see Mahima, only to learn that Dadi has gone to Haridwar. Arjun, suspecting that Mahima cannot accompany Dadi, is left to ponder the implications of her absence.
Doctor informs Jagdish that he arrived just in time for Karun’s condition. As the family doctor who has treated Karun since childhood, he reveals they’ve successfully cleared Karun’s stomach and discovered almond pieces, the cause of his allergy. Jagdish acknowledges that everyone is aware of Karun’s almond allergy.
Veer calls Kashvi to update her on Karun’s situation. Shera assists Jagdish in getting Karun into his car. Kashvi instructs Veer to follow Jagdish home and then contacts Arjun to return home immediately, explaining that Jagdish took Karun to the hospital due to his illness.
Upon their arrival, Jagdish briefs Kashvi and Arjun about the incident. Shanti, confident in her prepared response, listens closely. Kashvi asks Karun to explain what happened, to which he recounts eating kheer given by Dadi. Romila reveals that Shanti prepared the kheer. Kashvi questions Shanti about including almonds in the kheer, to which Shanti admits, thinking Karun liked them. Kashvi reminds Shanti that she was provided a file with clear instructions, including Karun’s almond allergy.
Shanti apologizes, realizing the potential danger. Kashvi emphasizes the seriousness of the situation and warns Shanti of the potential consequences. Karun intervenes, expressing his understanding of Shanti’s love and care, despite the mistake. Kashvi advises Shanti to be more cautious in the future.
Arjun consoles Shanti, reassuring her that everyone knows her intentions were pure and that it was an unintentional mistake. Karun adds that he found the kheer delicious. Shanti decides to dispose of all almonds, but Arjun suggests keeping them for others in the household. Jagdish, however, begins to suspect Shanti’s actions.
Later that night, Jagdish spots Veeru and Sheru and turns to Arjun, asking about their identities. Arjun explains that Sheru is the one in front, and Veeru is at the back door, both hired by Kashvi for Karun’s safety. Despite Kashvi’s trust in them, Arjun confesses his suspicion toward Mahima. Jagdish is taken aback, revealing Mahima is his mother.
Arjun elaborates, detailing Mahima’s desire for Karun’s custody and her attempts to discredit him as a father, aiming to portray him as unfit and Karun unsafe. Jagdish ponders over Mahima’s potential involvement, realizing she might be behind this scheme, although she’s currently not at home. He decides to gather evidence before discussing it with Arjun and Kashvi.
