Isha is shocked to learn from Kashvi that they found a sherwani and a perfume bottle in Mahesh’s house, indicating his involvement in the crime. She regrets doubting Arjun and is puzzled about how Mahesh managed to get behind her. Mahesh defends himself, claiming he went to save Isha as per Aditya’s instructions and not to harm her. Aditya, on the other hand, accuses Mahesh of trying to take advantage of Isha’s situation and insists that he is capable of protecting her.
Kashvi, however, expresses her trust in Mahesh over Aditya. Aditya then reveals a flashback where Mahesh is seen conspiring with Natasha to frame Arjun. Mahesh explains that Natasha scratched him intentionally to create false evidence against Arjun. Kashvi questions why the DNA samples matched if Arjun is innocent, prompting Aditya to suggest they go to the lab to verify the results.
The doctor reassures Shanti that her baby is healthy. Concerned, Shanti tries to reach Mahesh but finds his phone switched off, causing her distress. Meanwhile, Aditya, desperate to incriminate Mahesh, threatens Dr. Mathur to change the report, claiming he knows Mahesh. However, Dr. Mathur refuses to comply.
Vandana reveals that Mahesh had told her about his plan to manipulate the report through Dr. Mathur’s assistant. The assistant lies to support Aditya’s claims, leading to a confrontation where Aditya slaps Mahesh and accuses him of deceit.
Mahesh maintains his innocence, but Kashvi, enraged by the betrayal, berates Dr. Mathur for his part in declaring an innocent man guilty. She demands a new test using Mahesh’s hair sample, which Dr. Mathur agrees to conduct, though he states the full report will take time. Shanti, unable to reach Mahesh and sensing something amiss, decides to head to the police station for help.The inspector informs Kashvi that they will record Mahesh’s statement and take his confession. Just then, Shanti arrives and informs Kashvi that Mahesh is missing.
They hear Mahesh’s voice and the sound of police beating him. Kashvi intervenes and asks the police to stop. Shanti approaches Mahesh and asks him if he has done anything wrong. Through tears, Mahesh insists on his innocence and claims he is being framed. He urges Shanti to take care of their baby, expressing his concern for their well-being. Shanti, moved by his words, asks him to tell her the truth if he has done something wrong. Mahesh, swearing on their child, maintains his innocence and insists that he is being set up. Kashvi overhears his heartfelt plea.
