Kashvi restrains Aditya with handcuffs, and he demands to know what’s happening, asking her to give him the key. Kashvi explains she’s trying to teach him a lesson, doing things his way. Confused, Aditya asks for clarification. Kashvi reveals she has evidence he can’t deny, mentioning his false claim of meeting a Minister when he was actually near a brothel. She accuses him of planning it all.
Aditya claims Arjun set him up, but Kashvi dismisses his plea, determined to take the evidence to court. Despite Aditya’s attempts to explain, Kashvi refuses to listen, and as Arjun approaches, Aditya questions if she called him.
Kashvi admits she did, blaming Aditya for manipulating Arjun, causing their rift, and breaking his hand to prevent him from taking an exam and leaving her. She praises Arjun’s career success and their plan for his first arrest. Aditya’s pleas fall on deaf ears as Kashvi leaves the car to join Arjun.
Arjun shares his desire to be with Kashvi but laments that life doesn’t always comply. He reveals that Mahima lied in court about not wanting a divorce, and the judge granted them six more months. Kashvi, undeterred, decides they can wait, having immobilized Aditya’s car steering with the handcuffs to prevent his escape.
Arjun shows Kashvi a photo from the footage, confirming their victory. Overjoyed, Kashvi embraces him. Aditya, witnessing their intimacy, resolves not to be careless and risk jail. Arjun, determined to expedite the divorce process, vows to outplay Mahima. Suddenly, they notice Aditya’s car slipping towards a cliff.
Aditya screams for help as the car crashes into a tree, injuring his face. Despite the danger of a petrol leak, Arjun frees Aditya from the handcuffs, and they rescue him before the car explodes. Kashvi urges Arjun to call an ambulance as she weeps over the situation.
Mahima returns home, greeted by a joyful Romila who eagerly inquires about the court proceedings. Mahima reveals that the court has ruled against their divorce, to Romila’s delight. However, Karun, seeing Mahima, questions Jagdish about her presence, as he was under the impression that his father had forbidden her from coming.
Defiant, Mahima declares that no one can keep her away from her son and embraces him, only to be met with his cold rejection. She explains that the hug was innocent, akin to the way he hugs his friends, but Karun remains distrustful, demanding she stay away from his father and himself. Jagdish instructs Monty to escort her to the guest room, which Monty promptly does.
Meanwhile, Aditya is rushed to the hospital in an ambulance, prompting Kashvi to blame herself, lamenting that his condition is a result of her actions. Arjun consoles her, reassuring her that Aditya will pull through and urging her to compose herself.
Later, Mahima joins the family at the dining table, and upon seeing Shanti, she coldly questions Romila about her identity. Romila introduces Shanti as Mahesh’s wife, reminding Mahima of Mahesh’s past actions and subsequent suicide. Jagdish and Karun enter, and Mahima attempts to make amends by offering pasta, a dish Karun presumably missed. However, Karun tests her by asking Shanti if she made aloo paratha, which she confirms and then proceeds to feed him, deliberately highlighting Mahima’s discomfort.
Frustrated, Mahima rudely dismisses Shanti, demanding she leave the house. Karun intervenes, insisting that Shanti stay and even suggesting she feed him in his room. Inwardly, Mahima vows to rid herself of Shanti’s presence, silently issuing a challenge.
Aditya is rushed to the hospital after a serious accident. Arjun calls Jagdish, informing him about the accident and urging him to come quickly. Shanti overhears Jagdish’s conversation and becomes deeply concerned.
Jagdish, Romila, and Mahima arrive at the hospital, where Arjun explains that Kashvi’s car was involved in the accident. Romila is puzzled, asking how Aditya was injured if Kashvi was outside the car. Arjun explains that they saw the car slipping and managed to rescue Aditya in time. Mahima questions why the car didn’t have its handbrake on, but Arjun reassures them, saying the focus should be on Aditya’s recovery.
Meanwhile, Kashvi, overcome with guilt, laments that she should not have left Aditya alone. Arjun, noticing her distress, comforts her, emphasizing that the most important thing is Aditya’s well-being. Jagdish consoles Kashvi, assuring her that Aditya will pull through. Kashvi rests her head on Jagdish’s chest, crying inconsolably.
Arjun reiterates that Aditya will recover, trying to reassure everyone. Shanti, eager for updates, anxiously waits outside. Finally, the doctor emerges and delivers the news that they were able to save Aditya, but he is in a coma due to internal bleeding.
