Mahima leans over the unconscious Arjun, her voice trembling with suppressed emotion. “What you want to know from me, Arjun,” she whispers, “is who is yours and Kashvi’s son. Your son, Karun, has been right under your nose all along, yet you never knew.” She confesses, “I feigned a fake pregnancy and made you believe that I was pregnant with your child.”
Just then, Kashvi bursts into the room, her eyes blazing with anger. She strides forward and delivers a resounding slap across Mahima’s face, the sound echoing in the room.
Rewinding a few hours earlier, Arjun returns home, his face marked with the intensity of his day. Mahima, concerned, asks about his injury. Arjun recounts his encounter with Kamal, the gangster, and how the thought of Mahima kept him going. He declares his love for her, and Mahima, relieved by his safety, agrees to go to their room.
Later, in Mahima’s room, Aditya confronts her with his suspicion that Arjun and Kashvi’s feud is staged. He questions the authenticity of Arjun’s love and reveals that Kashvi was spotted at the bar before the incident. Despite Aditya’s insinuations, Mahima refuses to believe his accusations.
In another scene, Kashvi arrives at the office, where Aditya tries to probe her about her whereabouts. Kashvi dismisses his questions, stating she was working and had not taken any illicit leave. She expresses frustration over not being allowed to assist in Kamal’s case due to Arjun’s interference.
Back in their room, Mahima asks Kashvi to help her pin her saree, but Kashvi is curt, showing disinterest in Mahima’s musings about Arjun’s behavior. Mahima, however, brushes off Aditya’s suspicions, believing them to be unfounded.
Later, Kashvi asks Arjun about the “powder” he mentioned earlier. Arjun reveals that he has acquired a truth serum and plans to use it to extract the truth from Mahima about their child.
Micky takes Karun out for ice cream, excitedly listening to him talk about his upcoming school picnic. As they enjoy their treat, Micky notices Kamal watching them and scans the area suspiciously. Convinced they’re alone, Micky and Karun hop onto Micky’s bike and head off.
Meanwhile, Arjun and Mahima arrive at a hotel, where Arjun has booked the presidential suite for a special evening. Mahima, puzzled by the absence of a wedding party, questions Arjun, who reassures her that this is their private celebration. As they settle in, Arjun, attempting to create a romantic atmosphere, prepares drinks, secretly adding a truth serum to Mahima’s glass.
Mahima, unsuspecting, eagerly drinks the concoction, unaware of its effects. As Arjun also drinks and starts feeling the effects, Mahima realizes the betrayal. She recalls a warning from Aditya, who had informed her about Arjun’s deceitful intentions. Furious, Mahima confronts Arjun, accusing him of trying to deceive her and revealing his suspicions about her knowledge of their child.
In a flashback, Mahima remembers her doubts about Aditya’s warning and her realization of Arjun’s love. However, her anger grows as she recalls seeing Arjun tampering with her drink, confirming his malicious intent. She taunts him, revealing that Karun is Kashvi and Arjun’s son, not theirs, and that she had manipulated everyone for six years to get revenge on Kashvi and win Arjun’s love.
Mahima confesses her elaborate plan, including faking her pregnancy, orchestrating a fake delivery, and replacing Kashvi’s baby with a deceased infant to claim Kashvi’s son as her own. She coldly admits to deceiving Arjun and Kashvi, reveling in her victory as Arjun lies unconscious, never to know the truth.
