The scene unfolds as Sachin and Sayali step onto the bus. Sachin indulges in some candies, reminiscing, “These candies are a piece of my childhood. Want to try?” Sayali, intrigued, takes a bite and nods in approval. Sachin continues, recounting his youthful days of school, where his grandmother, Aaji, would give him money to buy these treats. He shares anecdotes of fishing by the lake and stumbling upon these candies being sold at a roadside eatery.
Meanwhile, Renu expresses gratitude to Shakku for her assistance. Roshni enters, and Renu hands her a substantial sum of money, explaining it’s from mortgaging their house. Roshni, touched, reaffirms her commitment to repaying the debt within two years.
Renu, prioritizing Roshni’s marriage, proposes setting a wedding date. Overwhelmed, Roshni agrees, suggesting she’ll inaugurate a beauty parlor to generate income. Renu, aware of the financial strain, advises Roshni to start the parlor swiftly, and they embrace.
Concerned about potential risks, Renu confides in Shakku, fearing they might lose their home if anything goes awry. Shakku reassures her of Roshni’s integrity and devises a plan to repay the debt within three months, relying on Roshni’s capabilities. Renu, finding solace in prayer, entrusts the situation to a higher power.
Meanwhile, Roshni shares her plans with Vidya, revealing their intention to open a parlor. Despite doubts, Roshni emphasizes her genuine affection for Tejas and her determination to repay the loan.
Elsewhere, Sachin’s friend warmly welcomes him and Sayali as they arrive. Aaji eagerly awaits their arrival, and Sachin rushes to embrace her, with Sayali following suit. Aaji affectionately calls them her treasures, and Sachin jokingly responds, “I’m your diamond.” Amidst playful banter, Aaji reminds them not to squabble, cherishing their reunion.
A villager approaches them and inquires about Sachin’s marital status, to which Sachin confirms he’s indeed married. The man jests lightly, prompting Aaji to intervene and suggest he leaves.
Sayali then expresses her curiosity about the tractor, to which Aaji confirms its ownership and offers her a ride, which Sayali eagerly accepts. Sachin volunteers to drive, and Aaji playfully ties a Gamcha (scarf) around Sayali, much to her delight.
Sachin humorously questions the significance of the Gamcha, likening their journey to a wedding procession, to which Aaji responds affirmatively, stating it’s Sayali’s “baraat” (wedding procession).
Sachin assists Sayali, and as they set off, the song “Rozaana” plays in the background. Sayali requests to honk the horn, which Sachin initially dismisses as excessive, but Aaji encourages her, and Sayali gleefully presses the horn. As they continue, Sachin remarks on the frivolity of horn-honking, but Aaji insists on letting Sayali enjoy herself.
Meanwhile, Renu returns home appearing tense, which Paresh notices and humorously suggests she might have eaten the veggies she went to buy on the way. Renu explains she left her bag at a shop and updates Paresh about Akash’s return and Tejas being in his room.
She mentions consulting a pandit for Tejas’ wedding date, but Paresh advises her to discuss it with Roshni’s father first. Renu rebuffs his suggestion, expressing a desire for Tejas’ happiness and peace after his past hardships.
Later, Sachin and the group arrive at Aaji’s house, where they are greeted by curious villagers. Aaji explains they’ve come to see Sachin and his wife. Sachin jests about feeling like an exhibit in a zoo, but Aaji urges him to join them. As Sachin helps Sayali off the tractor, the villagers admire her simplicity and beauty, likening them to deities Lakshmi and Narayan.
Sachin playfully remarks on Sayali being locally made, and Sayali reciprocates the banter, earning laughter from the villagers. Aaji introduces Shanti, who brings an aarti plate, and Sachin exchanges pleasantries with her, acknowledging her significance in Aaji’s household.
Shanti warmly receives them as Renu approaches Tejas with a heavy confession: she’s mortgaged their house and given 10 lakhs to Roshni. Tejas, taken aback, questions her motives. Renu, feeling defensive, asks if she’s done something wrong. Tejas reassures her, mentioning Roshni’s call where she praised Renu’s actions.
Despite his assurances, Renu expresses her deep-seated fears. Tejas, optimistic, promises they’ll recover by expanding their parlor business. Renu, concerned about the financial risks, reminds Tejas of their previous struggles.
She confides in him, expressing her fear of losing everything again. Tejas, steadfast, pledges to prevent such a fate, urging Renu to trust him. He reassures her before suggesting they eat, offering a moment of solace through prayer.
Sayali gazes at Aaji’s house as Sachin’s friend takes his leave. Sachin remarks on the lack of previous welcomes, contrasting it with the special reception for Sayali. Aaji, embracing Sayali as the household’s prosperity, dismisses Sachin’s complaints.
She encourages Sachin to value Sayali, who feels hurt by his constant taunts. Aaji intervenes, ensuring Sachin’s behavior will change. As they leave, Sachin acknowledges the transformative power of Sayali’s presence.
Meanwhile, Renu and Shakku prepare for Roshni’s arrival. Tejas welcomes Roshni and Vidya, exchanging pleasantries. Shakku suggests hastening their marriage plans. Paresh pulls Tejas aside, cautioning him against repeating past mistakes.
Tejas assures Paresh of his commitment to Roshni, dispelling doubts about his sincerity. Determined to marry Roshni, Tejas brushes aside past failures, reaffirming his love for her.
Later, Sachin’s friends visit, teasing him about his marriage. Sachin hesitates to invite Sayali to a party, fearing her refusal. Sayali declines, recalling past humiliations at similar events.
Despite Sachin’s persistence, Sayali stands firm, unwilling to compromise her self-respect. Defeated, Sachin attends the party alone, facing Aaji’s disapproval. Sayali’s quiet defiance signals a shift in their dynamic, leaving Sachin introspective.
