The episode begins with Sayali expressing her determination: “I feel ashamed being helpless when you need money. I want to be independent, not rely on anyone. When I managed the shop, I bought Dilip a phone. Now, I can’t even help him with trip money. I want to stand on my own feet.”
Sachin consoles her, “Your hard work defines you. Keep your identity safe. I’m sorry for scolding you. If you need help, just tell me.” He offers to fetch things from the car, saying, “I drive a taxi.”
Grateful, Sayali thanks him with a smile, and he wipes her tears away. The song “Bolna Mahi Bolna” plays softly in the background.
Meanwhile, Aaji insists on waiting for Renu to return from the hospital. Sachin reassures her, “She’ll be fine. She fell after mistreating Sayali.” Paresh arrives home with Tejas and Akash, supporting Renu. Aaji advises Renu to walk carefully. Sachin lightens the mood with a joke, singing “Ae Bhai Zara Dekh Ke Chalo.”
Paresh intervenes, urging Sachin to be quiet. Renu, in pain, teases Sachin, “He’s dancing seeing me like this.” Despite the banter, Tejas and Akash carefully help Renu sit down.
Paresh reassures everyone, “It’s just a sprain.” Renu shares her discomfort, feeling as though she almost died from the pain. Sachin humorously suggests canceling Tejas’ marriage, to which Tejas protests. Renu jokes back, “I’m not dead yet; why stop the wedding?” Aaji chides Sachin playfully while Paresh confirms the doctor’s optimism about Renu’s recovery.
Renu confronts Aaji, feeling neglected compared to how Sayali was cared for when hurt. Sachin and Aaji defend Sayali, knowing the truth behind the misunderstanding. Aaji dismisses Renu’s accusation, asserting, “You should be ashamed of your thoughts.”
As the clock strikes 10 PM, Aaji notes that the auspicious time has passed due to Renu’s delay. Renu blames Sayali for the mishap, alleging she intentionally made her fall. Paresh and Aaji admonish Renu, while Sachin explains that Renu misunderstood the situation regarding the house cleaning.
Aaji scolds Renu for her misjudgment, causing a rift in the family’s harmony. Paresh reprimands Renu for her accusations against Sayali’s family. Renu tries to defend herself, but Aaji and Paresh stand firm in support of Sayali.
The next morning, Renu sits in pain, complaining about her leg. Paresh and Akash inquire about her health, while Sayali brings hot water to soothe her. Renu, feeling slighted, accuses Sachin and Sayali of plotting to sabotage Tejas’ marriage.
Sachin dismisses her claims, stating, “We don’t need to plot anything. If Tejas runs from the wedding, it’ll be his own doing.” He reveals that Sayali had visited the temple to pray for Renu’s recovery, prompting Renu to sarcastically doubt Sayali’s intentions.
Tejas arrives, concerned about Renu’s well-being, while Sachin continues to lighten the mood with his humor.
Tejas brings a walking stick for Renu. Sachin remarks sarcastically, “Doctors beat people with this stick.” Tejas defends, “It’s a walking stick, it will help you.” Akash accuses, “You took money for this.” Sachin scolds Tejas, who explains, “I worry for mom.” Sachin mocks them, and Tejas asks him to be quiet.
He turns to Renu, asking how she will manage at the wedding. Sachin suggests getting a wheelchair or postponing the marriage for six months. Tejas encourages Renu to stand and try using the stick. Paresh advises her to rest. Sayali observes, thinking of ways to help Renu.
Sayali asks Aaji if she has any herbal remedies for Renu’s pain. Aaji suggests making a herbal concoction. Sachin interrupts, commenting on Sayali’s eagerness to help. She explains her duty towards Renu, declaring, “Renu is my Sasubai, I will do everything to help her.” Sachin challenges her to find the ingredients.
The family gathers around Renu. Paresh announces Sayali’s herbal medicine for Renu. Renu hesitates, distrusting it. Aaji persuades her, promising she’ll dance tomorrow. Paresh and Aaji coax Renu to drink the kada. Renu refuses, distrusting Sayali. Akash defends Sayali, but Renu remains adamant.
Sachin intervenes, deciding to take action. He instructs Akash to hold Renu, recalling their childhood antics. Renu protests, calling out to Tejas for help. Sachin warns Tejas to stay back. Renu appeals to Tejas, who watches worriedly. Sachin urges Renu to drink the kada.
Paresh supports Sachin’s decision, while Sayali helps Renu drink it. Renu complains it’s bitter, accusing them of giving her poison. Tejas questions why they forced the medicine on her. Sachin defends it as necessary treatment, advising Renu to rest for three months. Renu protests in disbelief.
Sachin jokes about postponing Tejas’ marriage for six months or more. Renu blames Sachin, warning Tejas that they will stop his marriage. Paresh reassures Renu that Sachin is teasing her. Aaji defends Sachin, highlighting his efforts to fetch herbs for Renu.
Sachin denies caring for her, but Aaji and Sayali acknowledge his concern. Sachin leaves to fetch the herbs. Paresh and Aaji encourage Renu to appreciate Tejas and Sachin’s efforts. Aaji leaves for her tasks, and the family disperses.
