Roshni gives a gift to Tejas. When he opens it, he asks, “Is this shirt for me?” She nods and says, “Yes, I don’t give many gifts, but I feel happy when I’m with you.” She then proposes to him, adding, “Wear this shirt if you feel the same way.” Tejas responds, “I feel happy and special because of you. You care for me, and that means a lot.” She reassures him, “Life isn’t always the same; your life will change for the better.” He thanks her, and they both smile before he leaves.
Meanwhile, Sachin meets the jeweler to retrieve a gold chain. He says, “You told Sayali about it, and now she’s furious. Here’s the money; give me the chain.” After getting it back, he leaves. Roshni is with Shakku and Renu when Shakku says, “We will find a rich and beautiful girl for Tejas.” Hearing this, Roshni starts crying and confesses to Renu, “I don’t have a mother like you. I’m an orphan.” Renu comforts her, saying, “I can be like your mother, don’t worry.”
Sachin then visits Shobha and Juhi. He returns the chain, saying, “I’ve lost my peace since I mortgaged this. Please take it back.” Shobha tells him, “It’s your chain; you can do whatever you want with it.” He refuses to keep it, saying, “I don’t want anything from you now,” and leaves, leaving Shobha worried. Juhi wonders, “Why did Sayali make an issue out of this when he only mortgaged the chain for an emergency?” Shobha agrees, “I don’t know what’s gotten into Sayali.”
Roshni confides in Vidya about her lie to Renu and Shakku, saying, “I want to marry Tejas, so I lied about being an orphan. Renu is looking for a rich girl for Tejas.” Vidya advises, “You should have told the truth. What about Tejas? Does he know?” Roshni replies, “No, Renu doesn’t know I’m seeing Tejas. I’ll convince Renu first, and then Tejas will be mine.”
Shobha calls Sayali, scolding her, “Sachin came here to return the chain. It was our first gift to him. Why did you ask if he mortgaged it?” Sayali explains, “I misunderstood. He mortgaged the chain to pay for Kishor’s wife’s treatment.” Shobha advises, “He has a good heart. Give him time, and he’ll start sharing things with you. Stop fighting and live a good life.”
Sayali then takes coffee to Paresh and confesses, “Sachin mortgaged the gold chain to help Kishor.” Paresh, initially disappointed, asks, “Did he give Kishor money?” Sayali confirms, “Yes, Kishor blessed Sachin for his help.” Paresh acknowledges, “He did a good thing.” Sayali regrets, “I shouldn’t have fought with him. I’m sorry.” Paresh admits, “I also made a mistake by scolding him.”
The episode commences as Sayali arrives home, visibly upset. Engaging in a heated exchange with Shobha, she pours out the details of recent events. Shobha reveals that Alok had mortgaged the chain for undisclosed reasons, prompting Juhi to interject, seeing a kind side to him. However, Sayali, disillusioned with her marital life, expresses her discontent, highlighting her struggles.
Shobha, attempting to offer perspective, shares instances of Alok’s previous actions, including repeated mortgaging of their possessions. Despite Shobha’s attempt to pacify Sayali, she remains despondent, feeling humiliated and exhausted.
Meanwhile, Tejas and Roshni rendezvous, opting for ice cream over coffee. Elsewhere, Sachin meets a creditor, negotiating a loan extension. Refusing to mortgage his car, Sachin insists on adding the sum to his existing debt. Upon securing the funds, he is warned of dire consequences for defaulting. Witnessing a man being stripped of his dignity due to debt, Sachin intervenes, emphasizing the importance of preserving honor.
Later, Roshni introduces Tejas to her roommate, Vidya, whom she regards as a sister. Amidst lighthearted banter, they bond over shared preferences. Despite Roshni’s attempts to include Vidya, tensions linger as she departs for work. Seizing the opportunity for a stroll, Roshni and Tejas engage in heartfelt conversation, fostering a deeper connection.
Meanwhile, Sayali encounters Kishor, who updates her on Kaki’s health and Sachin’s assistance. Grappling with guilt over her misjudgment of Sachin’s intentions, Sayali learns of his altruistic act to fund Kaki’s treatment. Reflecting on her hasty assumptions, she acknowledges Kishor’s wisdom, recognizing Sachin’s genuine nature beneath his stern exterior.
