The episode begins with Renu asking Roshni to notice Sayali’s attitude. Sayali retreats to her room. Roshni advises Renu to let it go, but Renu insists on going to the temple. Meanwhile, Sachin arrives at a bar with Anya. He vents about his troubles with Sudhakar, a moneylender, and a mechanic who won’t return his car. Anya defends Sayali, explaining she didn’t lie but only hid the truth.
Frustrated, Sachin regrets getting married. Some goons mock Sachin, leading to a fight where Sachin and Anya retaliate. The bar owner intervenes, telling them to take their fight outside, causing the goons to flee. Anya urges Sachin to leave, but he insists on finding Sudhakar and continues drinking, expressing his reluctance to go home.
Back at home, Renu instructs Sayali to serve food to Tejas and Roshni. She tends to Roshni, cautioning her about envious eyes. Sachin returns home drunk, alarming Sayali. He lashes out, telling her to stay away and blaming her for his woes. Tejas pushes him in defense, prompting more accusations from Sachin about his suffering due to their marriage.
Tejas advises Roshni to ignore Sachin’s ranting. When Tejas suggests Sachin stop drinking, Sachin retorts angrily, calling him fake. Renu intervenes, ordering Sachin to leave, but he threatens to expose Tejas’ secrets before getting hiccups and drinking milk.
Renu insults Sachin and Sayali. Sayali tries to help Sachin, but he shoves and scolds her. Paresh arrives, checking on Sayali and confronting the drunken Sachin. Renu highlights Sachin’s drunken state, pushing him further. Roshni inquires about his drinking habits, and Tejas confirms Sachin’s regular drunkenness, inciting Sachin’s ire.
Sachin reveals that Tejas took 27 lakhs from his father and never repaid it, despite Sachin’s hard work and financial struggles. Renu defends Tejas, but Sachin insists Tejas hasn’t contributed financially. Paresh demands an explanation from Sachin, who claims his drinking is a result of the humiliation he faces, blaming Tejas.
Renu sends Tejas and Roshni away, but Sachin insists the truth won’t stay hidden. Renu tells Paresh how Sachin’s behavior brings shame upon them, leading Paresh to scold Sachin. Feeling betrayed, Paresh laments always supporting Sachin, only to be disgraced.
Sachin explains that he drank out of hurt from the insult, worrying about Roshni and Sayali’s perception of him. He blames Sayali for their problems, recounting his efforts to protect her from Sudhakar and the consequent revenge he faced.
Paresh, acknowledging his own shortcomings, apologizes to Sayali for not being a better father to Sachin, who in turn struggles to be a good husband. Sayali reassures him, trying to defuse the tension.
Paresh breaks down in tears. Renu mocks him before leaving. Sayali, feeling despondent, reflects on her relationship with Sachin and says, “It seems like our bond is improving, but this happiness isn’t meant for me.” She walks away, sad. Sachin lies on the floor, murmuring softly. Sayali notices him and starts to cry.
Meanwhile, Riya is getting her scooty repaired when Akash arrives. He asks, “What happened?” She replies, “It broke down, and I need to get to the studio, so I called you for help.” Akash nods, “I was nearby. I’m heading to the restaurant later, but I can help if needed.” He then asks, “Don’t you have a boyfriend or friends to help you?” Riya responds, “I have no friends; I only talk to you.”**
**Akash grins, “So, I cook for you every day, and that’s why you talk to me?” Riya shakes her head. He presses, “Then why do you talk to me?” She admits, “You’re my friend. You don’t complain, you understand me, and I feel comfortable with you.” Akash smiles and asks, “So, I’m your good friend?” She corrects him, “No, you’re my best friend.” They both leave together.**
The next morning, Sachin is getting ready when Sayali approaches him. Paresh returns home and overhears their conversation. Sayali begins, “I hid the truth from you because you would have done something reckless and ended up in jail.” Sachin retorts, “Don’t talk nonsense.” Sayali insists, “Your anger is your biggest enemy. If you went to jail, it would affect my life too; our fates are intertwined.” Sachin challenges her, “So, it’s my fault?”**
**Sayali responds, “Fine, I’ll take the blame. Happy now?” He replies, “It is your fault.” She asks, “Why? Don’t I have feelings? Can’t I get angry? My reasons for hiding the truth are justified. But your anger? You drink and ruin your health. Parents often forgive their children, but you haven’t changed after marriage.
I accepted you, and now with a new bride in the house, what will she think of our family? You might say you don’t care, but it matters. What respect will they have for me? I felt like giving up.” Paresh, deeply affected, quietly leaves the room. Sayali continues, “I have to stay here all day. My respect is tied to you—have you thought about that?”
