The episode opens with Aaji giving money to Renu. Sachin expresses concern that Tejas might run away again, warning that she’ll regret giving the money. Renu dismisses his apprehension and Sayali chimes in, noting that Tejas needs to learn to do good. Sachin, however, criticizes Tejas as selfish.
Aaji, defending her grandson, insists it’s her duty to contribute to his wedding and instructs Paresh to make good arrangements, emphasizing that the marriage should only happen when the couple is truly ready. Paresh reassures Aaji that this time everything will go smoothly, and Renu happily accepts the money, praising Roshni.
Aaji acknowledges Roshni’s qualities but reminds everyone that Sayali is the true gem, emphasizing that character and education are invaluable. Sachin abruptly tells Sayali to pack her bags as they will also leave. Aaji intervenes, citing Sayali’s health and insisting she stay for a week. Sachin disparages Renu, accusing her of being untrustworthy, which angers Aaji.
As Renu goes to hire a rickshaw, Sachin continues to express distrust towards her, even after Paresh reveals he had already informed Aaji about Renu’s intentions. Aaji reprimands Paresh for his betrayal and clarifies that Sachin and Sayali are not staying as a married couple, revealing that she had sent them there for a specific purpose. Despite Sachin’s concerns about Tejas potentially running away with money, Paresh assures Aaji that he will take care of the finances while Sachin should focus on Sayali.
After Renu and Paresh leave, Aaji instructs Sayali to go to the temple with Sachin, which she agrees to. Meanwhile, Riya calls Akash, venting about a guy who has been irritating her. Akash, shocked, tries to calm her down and ends up praising the guy’s character, much to Riya’s annoyance.
She expresses her desire to teach him a lesson, even suggesting that Akash hit him on her behalf if he sees him. Akash, amused by her request, agrees to help and Riya even goes as far as sketching the guy’s face to assist Akash in identifying him. Akash, impressed by her drawing skills, jokes about the possibility of Riya hiring someone to hit him if he ever annoys her.
Sachin and Sayali have a heartfelt conversation. She expresses her desire to stay, and he encourages her to do so, despite his need to drive a taxi to repay a loan. She asks if it’s okay for her not to accompany him, and he assures her it’s fine, wishing her long-distance happiness. As he meets someone he knows and engages in conversation, he suggests she play with Krish.
Sayali and Krish enjoy a game of football, but the ball accidentally lands in the lake. Sayali goes to retrieve it and ends up in danger of drowning. Krish rushes to Sachin, informing him of the situation. Worried, Sachin runs to the lake, shouting for Sayali. Spotting the football, he dives into the water to search for her.
Krish brings villagers to help. Sachin eventually finds Sayali and pulls her out of the lake, urging her to regain consciousness. Concerned villagers suggest expelling the water from her stomach to prevent any danger to her life. Sachin follows their advice and successfully helps Sayali recover. When she wakes up, he reassures her of her well-being.
Overwhelmed with gratitude, Sayali hugs him, and he comforts her, relieved that she is safe. The villagers commend Sachin for his timely action, and he leads Sayali away, ensuring she is okay. They inquire about her swimming abilities, to which she shakes her head, admitting she cannot swim. He gently scolds her for risking herself, and Aaji and Shanti arrive, worried about her well-being.
Aaji hugs Sayali, expressing concern, and Sachin reassures her that Sayali is safe. Aaji chides him for not looking after her properly, but he defends himself, mentioning how he jumped into the river to save her. Sayali introduces Roshni’s mum and Krish to everyone.
Sachin praises Krish for his alertness and quick action. Sayali, feeling grateful and relieved, looks at Sachin, and a sense of warmth and gratitude fills the air. The moment is captured in the song “Ve Kamleya.”
