Teri Meri Doriyaan 27th June 2024 Written episode only on Yo Desi Serials.
Akeer approaches Paati ji, the Gurudwara priest, and asks if his mother would be pleased if he helped at the Gurudwara. Paati ji assures him wholeheartedly. Angad then discusses Akeer’s Dastarbandi ceremony with Paati ji, who suggests Sunday for the event. Angad invites Paati ji to attend, and Paati ji gladly accepts, eager to perform the ceremony.
Meanwhile, Jasleen reprimands Keerat for assisting Gurunoor, one of their staff, in carrying groceries at the Gurudwara. Gurunoor defends Keerat, explaining her kindness, and insists on managing the food preparations herself that day. However, Manveer intervenes, asserting their priority for Akeer’s ceremony and instructing the staff not to interfere. Gurnoor reveals she is Akeer’s teacher, but Manveer dismisses her, leading Sahiba to ask what she should do now. The staff advises her to take on other duties.
Later, Gurnoor serves devotees but becomes anxious upon seeing Beeja and her associate. She hastily leaves, prompting Akeer and Angad to search for her. Akeer warns Angad not to follow him, but Angad calls Gurnoor and finds her phone switched off.
He asks Bebe to stay with Akeer and prevent him from leaving. Gurnoor tries to leave the Gurudwara unnoticed by Beeja but encounters her directly. She flees and hides in a storeroom, where she mistakenly attacks a figure approaching her. It turns out to be Angad, who reassures her and asks what happened. Gurnoor, visibly shaken, hugs Angad tightly. Angad promises not to press her for details until she is ready to share.
The Brars busied themselves with decorating the house for Akeer’s dastarbandi ceremony. Angad, overwhelmed, gazed at Akeer’s invitation board. Garry, noticing Angad’s emotions, urged him to smile, reminding him it was his son’s special day. Angad lamented how Akeer hadn’t yet called him “papa” like Bani does with Garry, expressing his doubts. Garry reassured him that Akeer would come around soon.
Gurnoor overheard their conversation and approached Angad, sharing her emotional reaction to his words. Angad confided in her about Akeer’s distant behavior towards him, feeling the gap between them. Gurnoor assured him that time would heal their relationship.
Angad then moved towards a photo of Inder, recalling how he yearned for Akeer to call him “papa.” Gurnoor suggested that Akeer’s dastarbandi cloth should match Angad’s pink turban, to which Angad agreed.
Meanwhile, Bebe and the family decided that Manveer would perform Akeer’s dastarbandi. Manveer insisted it was Bebe’s right as the elder, but Bebe insisted that it was now Manveer’s privilege as the family head. Gurnoor suggested a pink cloth for the dastarbandi, prompting Manveer to protest. Eventually, with Bebe and others supporting the idea, Manveer smiled, acknowledging Gurnoor’s choice.
Akeer spotted his name on the dastarbandi invitation board and beamed with joy. Simran praised him as the star of the day, and Sahiba assured him of Angad’s deep love. Akeer approached Angad amidst the guests, curious if they were all there for him.
Angad affirmed it, hinting at a surprise. Akeer’s friend Lucky, accompanied by his mother, arrived, and Akeer joyfully hugged him before showing him around. Angad thanked Lucky’s mother warmly for joining the celebration.
