Gurnoor is teaching music to Akeer, singing “Sa Re Ga Ma…”. Akeer responds with “Sa se Sahiba.” Just then, Angad walks in. Gurnoor asks if he needs something. Angad apologizes for disturbing them and offers to come back later, but Gurnoor reassures him it’s okay. Angad mentions he’s surprised she’s being so kind despite his misbehavior the previous day. Gurnoor replies that playing music always lifts her spirits.
Angad then asks Akeer if he took Sahiba’s passport. Akeer denies knowing where it was. Gurnoor looks upset, prompting Angad to ask why she’s suddenly unhappy when she just said music makes her happy. Gurnoor says she needs to continue teaching Akeer. As Angad prepares to leave, Manveer enters and announces that Bebe is calling Angad and Akeer.
Akeer asks Gurnoor to come along, but Manveer curtly says Gurnoor is not invited. Angad insists that Ms. Gurnoor, being Akeer’s caretaker, should be informed about anything related to Akeer. Manveer frowns as Angad takes Akeer and Gurnoor with him.
Meanwhile, Beeja instructs her aides to deliver a gift from Zoravar to Gurnoor through a new aide who can hand it over directly. Bebe gathers the family and informs Akeer that she has planned his dastarbandi (turban-wearing) ceremony.
Angad reminds Akeer of his earlier request to wear a pagdi when he grows up. Jasleen comments that Akeer seems unaware of the significance of the dastarbandi. Akeer replies that his mother promised to perform his dastarbandi in a grand ceremony and taught him that the pagdi is not just a cloth but a crown for a Sikh.
Prabjot asks if Akeer is ready for the dastarbandi. Bebe announces she will organize a grand function for him. Akeer invites Gurnoor to the ceremony, but Manveer, in her usual demeaning tone, declares she will never allow a caretaker to attend her grandson’s dastarbandi ritual.
Akeer adamantly says he will not participate without Ms. Gurnoor. Manveer, seething, tells Jasleen she will ensure Gurnoor does not attend the function and begins to plot her next move.
A tailor master attempts to take Akeer’s measurements for his special day’s outfit, but Akeer fidgets and prevents the tailor from getting accurate measurements. Gurnoor steps in, takes the measurements, and explains their importance for stitching the special dress.
Akeer gives his measurements but switches places with Angad when he enters. Gurnoor, unaware of the switch, continues taking measurements and accidentally slips, falling onto Angad. Their eyes meet, and the serial’s title track plays in the background. Gurnoor apologizes, explaining she was taking Akeer’s measurements. Angad reveals that Akeer switched places and ran away.
Meanwhile, Beeja’s aide arrives at the Brar mansion with a parcel, insisting to the maid that it must be handed directly to Gurnoor. The maid directs him to Gurnoor, and the aide hands her the parcel before leaving.
Gurnoor opens the parcel and is distressed by its contents, recalling how she ran away from Zoravar’s house, throwing those very items away. Spotting someone approaching, she quickly hides the parcel. Gurnoor then asks the maid who delivered it, learning it was a man in a white shirt and grey pants.
Determined to uncover the sender, Gurnoor finds the man and confronts him. He panics and flees through the storeroom, afraid of Beeja’s punishment if caught. Gurnoor chases after him but slips, falling onto Angad. They become entangled in the curtains.
Angad asks if she’s alright and what she’s doing in the storeroom. Gurnoor suggests they first untangle themselves. As Angad struggles to free them, he is reminded of a similar experience with Sahiba, eventually managing to free them with great difficulty.
