The episode starts with Aaji expressing her wish to play with Shivam’s children, saying, “Sajeeri is going to fulfill my dream.” Sajeeri tries to interject, but Mandira congratulates her, making everyone happy. Aaji and Nalini shower Sajeeri with gifts. Suddenly, Sajeeri feels nauseous and runs off. Nalini offers to take care of her, and Aaji agrees.
Sajeeri, distressed, says, “Everyone is misunderstanding, I need to talk to Shivam.” Nalini enters, advising her to rest and dismissing her concerns, saying it’s her first time and she might not recognize pregnancy symptoms. Sajeeri insists, “No, Shivam and I don’t have that kind of relationship.” Nalini, confused, asks why.
Aaji overhears the conversation. Sajeeri explains, “He sleeps on the ground, and I sleep on the bed.” Shocked, Nalini and Sajeeri notice Aaji standing at the door. Aaji enters, incredulous, asking how this can be true, reminding them of Shivam’s sacrifices.
Aaji demands Nalini look at Sajeeri, lamenting that they have mocked marriage. Nalini tries to rationalize, saying couples need time to grow close. Sajeeri apologizes, affirming the truth. Aaji, pretending to cry, orders Nalini to stop the celebration, accusing them of betraying their emotions.
Alone with Sajeeri, Aaji gently asks, “Does Shivam love you?” Sajeeri remembers his words but remains silent. Aaji apologizes, expressing her concern for Sajeeri’s well-being, and suggests there might be someone else between them, though she doesn’t want to insinuate anything. Aaji leaves, and Sajeeri, deep in thought, contemplates Aaji’s words.
Supriya and Sangeeta call to congratulate Sajeeri, but she clarifies, “No, my stomach is just upset. It’s a misunderstanding.” Supriya reassures her, saying they will hear good news eventually.
Sajeeri, puzzled about her stomach upset, recalls eating sweets. She checks them and is joined by Bua, who eats some and also feels nauseous. Sajeeri realizes they share symptoms but wonders why Mandira was also affected and questions Aaji’s involvement.
Aaji interrupts Sajeeri, asking her to retrieve a file from Shivam’s drawer. Meanwhile, Mandira sneaks in and damages a photo, placing it back in the drawer.
Sajeeri enters, unaware of Mandira’s actions, and finds the photo. She wonders if this woman is the reason for Shivam’s distance. Deciding to give him some time, she remains thoughtful. Aaji observes from a distance.
Later, Mandira and Aaji discuss their plans. Aaji says, “We need to reveal Shivam and Sachi’s truth to Sajeeri.”
