The episode begins with Shivam, overwhelmed with anger, smashing bottles before breaking down in tears. A man approaches him and offers a water bottle, which Shivam accepts gratefully. Aaji confronts Nalini, questioning her actions and accusing her of poisoning Shivam’s life. Nalini, thinking of Supriya’s fragile health, explains that she promised Sajeeri’s mother—a heart patient—that she would ensure the relationship stayed intact, as its failure would be devastating for her. Vikram and the others are stunned by this revelation.
Meanwhile, Shivam, tormented by memories of Sachi’s words, collapses on the road, questioning why Sachi had to do what she did. As he lies there, a man attempts to steal his wallet, but Sajeeri intervenes, shocked to see Shivam in such a state. She realizes he’s drunk and helps him into an auto-rickshaw. Preeti, on the other hand, confides in Sachi about Shivam’s proposal, revealing that Sachi did the right thing by rejecting him, as her happiness is paramount. Sachi, however, is burdened by the knowledge that her mother knows about Nikhil.
Back at Shivam’s house, Sajeeri brings him inside, where Sharad questions his condition. Shivam, in his inebriated state, begins to sing, with Sajeeri joining in. Sharad offers to take Shivam, suggesting that Sajeeri, as his friend, should handle the situation with the family, or sneak him out the back door herself.
Meanwhile, Vikram confronts Nalini, while Sajeeri places Shivam on his bed, contemplating his behavior. Shivam, half-asleep, questions his own morality, prompting Sajeeri to reflect on his situation. Eventually, she decides to leave, but finds the door locked. As Aaji approaches Shivam’s room, Sajeeri tries to unlock the door, hoping to slip away unnoticed.
However, Aaji notices Sajeeri’s attempts to unlock the door and questions her intentions. Sajeeri explains that she was trying to leave as Shivam had fallen asleep, but Aaji remains suspicious. She warns Sajeeri to stay away from Shivam, convinced that she is not the right match for him.
