In response, she reveals her disbelief in hearsay, pointing out Santosh’s trembling hands as evidence of his inebriation, his failure to procure alcohol for hours, and his silence about his marital status. Moved, the girl embraces Vaiju gratefully.
Vasundara discerns Vaiju’s underlying motive, interpreting it as vengeance rather than justice. Disappointed by Vaiju and her sister’s approach, she advocates for patience and proper resolution channels for justice, contrasting their actions with Jaikant’s behavior.
