The episode begins with Jaikant discovering Jaya’s unconscious state and realizing he might have mistakenly locked her in a room instead of Vaiju. In a panic, he rushes to unlock the door. Vaiju arrives at the scene and finds Jaya lying inside, unconscious, and screams for help. Ranvijay arrives and, after breaking down the door, lifts Jaya and takes her outside.
He sprinkles water on her face, and she slowly comes to. He asks her if she is alright, and she nods. Ranvijay inquires about how she ended up locked in the room. Jaya explains that she went to the room to fix her bindi, and the door locked behind her. She felt a sense of distance from Ranvijay. Ranvijay hugs her, relieved.
Naagraj questions who locked the door. Ranvijay demands to know who is responsible. He turns to Vaiju, who claims ignorance. Ranvijay then shouts at her. Arhaan speaks up, saying that Jaikant did it. Everyone is shocked. Jaikant protests, saying Arhaan is just a child and questioning his credibility. Ranvijay asks Arhaan to explain further. Arhaan says he was playing a game on his phone and saw Jaikant talking on the phone and closing the door.
Vaiju accuses Jaikant, questioning his audacity. Ranvijay presses Jaikant for an explanation. Jaikant explains that he intended to secure the money and jewelry and didn’t realize Jaya was inside. Sulekha interjects, saying it was an honest mistake and that Jaikant bears no ill will towards Jaya, unlike Vaiju, who might have had a motive.
Vaiju defends herself, saying it was a misunderstanding involving the aarti plate and that she never intended to take Jaya’s place. Jaya reassures Vaiju, acknowledging the misunderstanding. Vasundara suggests that they proceed with the puja. Vaiju expresses her hurt, feeling wrongly accused.
Ranvijay apologizes, stating that Vaiju is a major mistake in his life, and he can’t fix it. He asks her to leave, expressing regret over the situation. Ranvijay and Jaya perform the aarti, and everyone prays.
Jaikant laments that he is unfairly blamed for the incident due to Vaiju. He vows not to leave Vaiju unpunished. Vaiju, disheartened, reflects on Ranvijay’s words. Sandeep instructs Arhaan to play games, and Vaiju stops him, reminding him to go to bed early. Sandeep complains to Ragini about her breaking promises and accuses her of losing money in gambling.
He demands money and physically hurts Ragini, who is left in tears. Vaiju brings Arhaan to his room and knocks on Sandeep’s door. Sandeep opens the door and thanks Vaiju, saying he’ll take Arhaan now. Vaiju asks about Ragini, who claims she was searching for earrings. Vaiju leaves after hearing this.
The next morning, Vasundara notices Ragini’s discomfort and asks about it. Ragini mentions a stomach ache. Ranvijay offers to get medicine, but Sandeep brings it instead and criticizes Ranvijay for not being a good husband. Vaiju observes this. Sandeep instructs Ragini to do his bidding, causing her concern. Raj arrives with a mehendi artist and suggests selecting designs. Vasundara praises Sandeep’s affection for Ragini. Raj tells Vaiju to be quiet, leading to an argument between them.
Naagraj, amused, comments on Vaiju’s choice of mehendi for Jaya. Jaya appreciates the gesture. Vasundara and Rao Sahab discuss Ragini’s situation, expressing doubts about her treatment in her marital home. Rao Sahab suggests that Ragini’s family might be at fault.
Vasundara defends Ragini, questioning why only she is expected to meet others’ expectations. Ranvijay arrives and sees Vaiju has been hurt. Vasundara warns him to be careful. Ranvijay insists that Vaiju shouldn’t be overworked and instructs Raj to handle the situation.
Vaiju mentions that Jaya wanted her to prepare the mehendi. Ranvijay scolds Vaiju for trying to impress his family and expresses frustration with her. Vaiju retorts that the family favors the son over the daughter-in-law and argues that Ranvijay doesn’t understand her pain. She feels deeply connected to the family and fears losing their love and respect.
