The episode begins with Ranvijay admitting, “I had to be honest with Jaya; I can’t lie and marry her.” Vaiju responds tearfully, “Our marriage was a lie, meaningless. This is about faith, and you and Jaya are meant to be together. The Lord has united you.
” She leaves in tears. Ranvijay takes both Vaiju and Jaya home, noticing Jaya’s sadness. When they arrive, he stops the car and instructs Vaiju to stay outside for a while before coming in. He then asks Jaya to come with him. Vaiju waits outside, then goes to her room to pray.
Ragini enters, commenting, “You’re here, and everyone knows the truth now.” Vaiju heads back outside where Naagraj criticizes, “You shouldn’t have hidden this.” Vasundara adds, “How long did you plan to keep it a secret?” Vaiju becomes anxious, but they all start laughing. Vasundara reveals, “Jaya told us everything. You do such beautiful decorations; you will handle the wedding decorations.” Vaiju agrees, “The wedding will be beautiful.”
A man named Raj arrives, introducing himself as a wedding planner who will make the wedding spectacular. Confused, Vaiju asks why he was called. Vasundara insists they didn’t call him. Vaiju argues with Raj, asking him to leave, but Raj states he was invited.
Ranvijay then shouts, “I called him. He’s a renowned wedding planner, and he’ll handle everything.” Vasundara reluctantly agrees but insists Vaiju should still be involved. However, Ranvijay insists Raj will take charge.
Vaiju challenges Raj, questioning his knowledge of their culture. Jaya suggests giving Raj a chance, and Vaiju agrees to test him. Raj struggles to answer, prompting Vaiju to point out his lack of knowledge. Raj counters, saying Ranvijay invited him and she should step aside if she’s unwanted. Vaiju feels hurt.
Raj admires the house and shares his ideas, which Vaiju doesn’t understand. He promises to transform the wedding’s atmosphere, proposing a purple theme instead of orange for the Kuldevi puja. Vaiju protests, insisting on traditional orange marigolds as per Vasundara’s request. Despite Raj’s pushback, he agrees to comply.
Sulekha comments that Raj’s presence is beneficial since Vaiju couldn’t manage alone. Vasundara instructs Raj to handle the decorations. As Raj coordinates with his team, Vaiju feels protective of her sister’s wedding. Raj, determined to assert control, suggests using orchids or lilies instead of marigolds, leading to another argument with Vaiju. Ranvijay intervenes, siding with Raj and dismissing Vaiju’s concerns. He tells her to stay out of it and walks away.
Vaiju assists Vasundara with preparations while Vasundara asks Naagraj to buy honey for modaks. Naagraj hesitates, so Raj volunteers to get the best honey. Vaiju insists on accompanying Naagraj to the market to ensure quality.
At the market, Vaiju gets frustrated with the high prices from the vendors. Naagraj suggests she calm down and buy flowers for the puja while he handles the honey purchase. However, when Naagraj offers to buy honey for 8000 rupees, Vaiju intervenes, tasting it and declaring it fake. She angrily throws the honey away.
