The episode begins with Kaveri expressing her happiness for Vaiju, and they dance together. However, Aai looks sad. Vaiju thinks of Ranvijay, which brings a smile to her face. The song “Dheeme Dheeme” plays in the background. Meanwhile, Jaya thinks of him and tears up. She receives a call from Vaiju, who tells her that she has agreed to meet Ranvijay the next day, giving herself a chance at happiness.
Vaiju expresses her fear and anxiety, mentioning that she has high hopes this time. She insists that Jaya must come for her sake. Jaya, initially hesitant due to her work, finally agrees to come, understanding the importance of the meeting to Vaiju.
Vaiju gets excited upon hearing Jaya’s decision. Vasundara advises Ranvijay to talk to Vaiju sincerely, reminding him that it’s his decision and he shouldn’t feel pressured. Rao Sahab interrupts, stating that he will pressure Ranvijay to stop him from making a mistake. He emphasizes that Ranvijay should marry someone he loves, not just anyone. Despite Vasundara’s and Rao Sahab’s differing opinions, Ranvijay assures them that he will think carefully and decide after meeting Vaiju. He takes their blessings and leaves.
Later, Vaiju gets ready for the meeting while Kaveri manages the arrangements. Jaya arrives and hugs Vaiju, then goes to make tea. She realizes she needs to remove all traces of her presence before Ranvijay arrives. Jaya clears her belongings from the shelf and rack, including her pictures. Vaiju apologizes for making her work, but Jaya brushes it off and prepares tea. She knows Ranvijay’s preference for less sugar in his tea, indicating that she has paid attention to his habits.
Vaiju expresses her fear and asks Jaya to stay with her, but Jaya refuses, insisting that they should leave for the temple to give Vaiju and Ranvijay privacy. Aai initially opposes the idea, but Jaya explains that privacy is important for their meeting. Vaiju feels reassured by Jaya’s support, unaware that Jaya is actually her sister.
Jaikant declares, “I will go and apologize to Vaiju. I’ve made too many mistakes.” Ranvijay intervenes, “You can come later. I’m leaving now, no arguments.” He exits, leaving Jaikant fuming. Jaikant mutters, “Ranvijay didn’t take me along. I could have staged a drama and ended this alliance.” His mother advises him to calm down, questioning how Ranvijay agreed to marry that girl, as Vaiju will soon be their daughter-in-law. Meanwhile, Vaiju practices her conversation with Ranvijay.
When Ranvijay arrives, Vaiju warmly welcomes him. Jaya prays for Vaiju, expressing her willingness to forget Ranvijay despite her immense pain. She hastily removes her pictures from the wall, fearing Ranvijay’s reaction. Ranvijay presents a gift to Vaiju, explaining that his mother sent it for her.
Vaiju then leads him inside. Ranvijay, as a gesture of respect, removes his shoes and accidentally steps on cow dung spread in the lawn. Vaiju explains that it keeps the area cool and wards off mosquitoes, apologizing for the inconvenience. Jaya rushes in, and Ranvijay inquires about her family.
Vaiju informs him that they’ve gone to the temple and offers him tea, juice, or a biscuit. Opting for tea, Ranvijay sits as Vaiju prepares it. Jaya observes Ranvijay, who senses a familiar perfume, reminding him of Jaya. He then enters the house.
