The episode opens with Anirudh suggesting that Jhanak should have married Tejas, considering it would have been a suitable punishment for her. He expresses his disdain, saying, “I hate you, Jhanak.” Jhanak, in tears, responds, “I didn’t ask you for anything. You forced me to do this ad. You should have trusted me. I don’t want to do this shoot. Then you will know my intentions aren’t good. I won’t do this ad shoot, no way.”
Choton notices Mrinalini outside the door and panics, wondering how she got there and what might happen next. Mrinalini explains that it’s her uncle’s house, leading to a heated argument between them. Choton makes up stories to distract her and eventually annoys her. She accuses him of talking big but not being genuine, and he playfully mentions being scared of her big eyes. He then warns her not to talk to anyone about him.
Meanwhile, Jhanak asks a man for directions to the bus station. Lacking money, she decides to walk instead. Choton tells Mrinalini not to stand and talk to him, suggesting she can ask him if she needs work since he can make money. He jokes, and she scolds him, after which he leaves. Jhanak plans to halt his payment by discussing with the accounts department.
The episode shifts to the director’s concern as a girl informs him that Jhanak is missing. He asks Anirudh about Jhanak, who denies any knowledge. The girl is sent to check again. Jhanak is seen on her way. Dadu is delighted to see Mrinalini, and Dadi joins them. Dadu introduces Mrinalini to everyone, and they engage in conversation.
Mrinalini compliments Dadi, and Anjana, arriving, affectionately calls her Meenu. Shubh joins them, pleasantly surprised by the unexpected visit. Mrinalini fondly addresses him as Shubho Dada, reminiscing about the times he would lock them in a room and tell stories. She inquires about Bablu, the storyteller.
Dadi reveals that Bablu was informed of Mrinalini’s visit by Jethu. Mrinalini touches Anjana’s feet, but Anjana insists she doesn’t need to, noting Mrinalini’s education. Dadu praises Anjana, calling her the heart of the house, which she reciprocates, saying he loves her dearly. Anjana then introduces the various family members to Mrinalini.
Aditya arrives, and a man informs him that Jhanak is missing. Aditya questions why new actresses are cast, citing recent drama caused by Anirudh’s late-night visit. Anirudh defends himself, and Aditya demands to know his relationship with Jhanak. Aditya criticizes the casting decisions and expresses his frustration, as he has a new movie shoot that night. Bablu and Appu arrive, and Bablu warmly greets Mrinalini. Anjana recalls knowing Appu, and Dadi mentions their families’ closeness, asking if Mrinalini has met Choton.
Mrinalini expresses her intent to leave after returning a pen, but Dadu insists she keep it, emphasizing their familial bond. As they discuss Jhanak, Aditya suggests she is trapped in a problem, criticizing Anirudh’s behavior. Anirudh clarifies that Jhanak is not his girlfriend, leading to further tension. Aditya leaves in annoyance, and Anirudh vows to find Jhanak, as she is a personal guest in his house. The group sets out to search for Jhanak and eventually spots her.
