Jhanak prepared for her exams before heading to Anirudh’s room. She conveyed her intention to go to college for the exam and requested him not to accompany her. Anirudh assured her that he would rest, mentioning his persistent fever. Despite her concern, he mentioned having already booked tickets for their return journey the following day.
Jhanak reminded him of the need for medical attention, but Anirudh brushed it off, asserting that the fever would subside and emphasizing their departure plans. She expressed her reluctance to be handed over to someone else and reassured him about police protection at her home. However, Anirudh insisted that she stay with him, citing a promise she made to always be by his side, which she recalled.
