The episode begins with Anirudh noticing Jhanak, who also locks eyes with him. Meanwhile, Choton cries, and Shrishti mentions her efforts to bring Jhanak there. Bipasha expresses the importance of being confident now that they know the truth, while Tanuja sees Anirudh’s defeat as a positive.
Shrishti talks about Jhanak’s imminent marriage and how it will change her fate. The group discusses these developments, with Bipasha wishing for the marriage to happen soon and Tanuja looking forward to peace once Jhanak leaves.
Arshi approaches Anirudh, revealing that Avinash’s father has passed away, which he finds surprising. Arshi fears that this news might make others consider Jhanak unlucky. Anirudh reassures her, stating that they’ve done their part and that some things are beyond their control.
Jhanak loses her balance and accidentally puts the varmala (garland) around Anirudh’s neck, leading to a momentary eye-lock between them, accompanied by the song “Kya kijiye…”.
Arshi, feeling upset, expresses her concern about Jhanak and her family leaving that day, especially considering Avinash’s recent loss. Anirudh tries to console her, but she leaves. Anirudh defends Jhanak when Shrishti scolds her for the mishap with the varmala, saying that people make mistakes.
However, Arshi disagrees, stating that such a significant mistake should not be overlooked. Anirudh clarifies that he was there to take photos and that it was not anyone’s fault.
Despite the tension, the wedding rituals continue. Jhanak’s mistake with the garland prompts Shrishti to scold her, but Anirudh defends her, saying that humans make mistakes. Arshi disagrees, saying that such a big mistake should not be allowed. Anirudh tries to diffuse the situation, but Shrishti insists on proceeding with the wedding quickly, as Jhanak and her family have to leave that night.
The episode ends with Jhanak and Tejas sitting in the mandap, ready to complete the marriage rituals. However, Jhanak suddenly stops Tejas from applying sindoor, demanding to see his face first.
Shrishti explains that it’s a family custom for the groom to keep his face covered during the rituals and reveal it only after the wedding is completed. Jhanak refuses to proceed with the marriage until she sees his face, shocking everyone present.
