Rajat gets ready for work and is about to leave home when Sai says she wants to go to school with him. Raju intervenes, saying Rajat doesn’t have time and he will drop her off instead. Bhagyashree scolds Rajat for breaking their daughter’s heart. Rajat promises Sai that he will pick her up from school, making Sai happy. She reaches her class and meets Savi, who is also in the same class.
Sai is excited, thinking she’ll have a lot of fun. As the class begins, Sai keeps looking at the door. Savi asks what she’s looking at, and Sai replies she’s waiting for her papa. Savi reassures her that he will come after class and internally thanks Mr. Money-Minded for considering his daughter for once. After class, Savi informs the parents about the sports day and that all parents must attend with their children.
Savi notices Sai sitting sadly and asks what’s wrong. Sai says her papa hasn’t come yet. Savi thinks how often that man disappoints his daughter. She tells Sai that he must be on the way. A driver then arrives, saying he was sent by Sai’s papa. Sai refuses to go with the driver, insisting she’ll only go with her papa.
Savi reassures Sai, promising she’ll never leave her, takes a picture with her, and makes a pinky promise. Back home, Savi calls Milind to check if he has picked up Mrinmoy. Milind says he and Harini are waiting outside the railway station, then disconnects the call while shouting for Mrinmoy. Savi gets concerned and informs her parents that something has happened.
They rush to their car but find the wheel locked. Isha asks who did it. Bhagyashree reveals she complained to the society office because Isha’s car was parked two inches out of the space, and the manager locked it. An argument ensues. Isha calls the manager to unlock the car, but Bhagyashree insists they pay the fine first. The manager demands a 5000 rupee fine. Isha refuses to pay. The argument continues. Raju joins, trying to calm Bhagyashree but fails as usual.
Savi pleads with Bhagyashree to end the issue since they have an urgent matter at the station and promises no further problems from their side. Raju takes Bhagyashree away while she threatens the manager. Isha asks the manager to unlock the car, and he complies.
Savi calls Milind again to check if he found Mrinmoy. Milind confirms he found her and is on his way home. Savi returns home, and Milind arrives with Harini and Mrinmoy. Mrinmoy distributes gifts she brought for everyone. Savi notices Mrinmoy covered in bandages and jokes that she’ll look like a mummy with a few more. Mrinmoy explains each bandage as a trophy of her good deeds.
Milind adds that the latest bandage is from when a thief stole her snack bag, and she chased him down. In a flashback, Savi comments that if there was a bit of delay, the thief would have been in trouble. Milind calls her a lady goon, and Isha calls her a tsunami. Mrinmoy says she’s hungry and can’t even wash her hands.
After dinner, Mrinmoy tells Savi that she ate too much and that the sheera was very tasty. Savi notices Mrinmoy’s facial cream and manicured nails and asks what’s going on. Mrinmoy explains that she moved from a village to the city and is changing herself. Suddenly, Chocolate runs to Savi.
Mrinmoy mentions she had to shoo away a detective earlier and asks how Savi convinced Isha kaki to keep the puppy at home. Savi clarifies that it’s a neighbor girl Savi’s puppy and describes how careless Sai’s father Rajat is. She remembers she needs to inform him about the school picnic tomorrow and gets Rajat’s number from the school.
Rajat, busy with a client presentation at work, remembers he had to pick up Sai from school. His friend tells him that he sent a driver to get Sai since Rajat was busy.
Savi calls Rajat, who is discussing a model’s dress with his team. Savi, thinking he is talking to her, warns him to stop talking cheap. Rajat, confused, asks who she is. Savi introduces herself as Sai’s school teacher and informs him that he missed picking Sai from school, and her grandparents had to step in. Rajat retorts, asking if it’s a rule that only parents should pick up children. Savi replies no and asks him to attend the sports day tomorrow, which will be organized every month. He agrees and disconnects the call.
Mrinmoy praises Riddhi for handling Rajat well. Savi comments that Rajat is really weird. Isha overhears them and prays to God to set Savi and Rajat’s jodi. Bhagyashree plays Radhe Shyam’s bhajan, and Isha hopes Savi and Rajat’s jodi will be like Radhe and Shyam.
