Ishaan is taken aback and asks Savi why she mentioned that this would be their last conversation. Savi explains that their relationship ended the day he decided to divorce her and marry Reeva, but they continued to meet, and she doesn’t want bitter memories to linger. She wants to part with good memories instead.
Ishaan acknowledges that today, with her saving him, it felt like they were back to their old selves. Savi expresses genuine remorse for accusing him of her family’s death, realizing he had actually tried to save them. She acknowledges his kind-hearted nature and clears him of any blame, understanding his good intentions.
She mentions that while she wished for his love, he fell in love with Reeva, which is not wrong. She wants him to be happy with Reeva and start a new life with her. She decides to leave Pune forever after her final exam to avoid meeting him repeatedly.
Ishaan is shocked and asks about her future plans and dreams. Savi plans to move to another city and consider IAS coaching there. Ishaan starts to express his concern but stops, remembering Surekha’s warning. Instead, he expresses his worry for her.
Savi requests a final hug, and as they embrace, the song “Lagja Gale Ke Phir Ye Haseen Raat Ho Na Ho” plays in the background. They both recall their moments together and part ways after a heartfelt exchange, with the serial’s title track playing in the background.
Ishaan returns to his car, where Reeva is already seated. Reeva assures him that she has been ready for this moment for a long time. They drive away together.
Meanwhile, Harini comforts Savi, questioning why she made such a decision when she is clearly in pain. Savi explains that she felt there was no other choice and reveals their plan to leave Pune after her final exam in two days. They share a tender moment of understanding.
Later, Ishaan arrives home and apologizes to Swati for his earlier rude behavior towards her and Reeva. He confirms that they will proceed with their wedding the day after tomorrow as planned, go on a honeymoon to Pari, and then attend a two-month-long teacher’s conference. The family rejoices at the news, and Yashwant expresses his happiness at the decision.
The next day, the family busily decorates the house for Ishaan’s pre-wedding ceremonies. As Ishaan looks at the cufflinks gifted by Savi, he reflects on her decision. Chinmay and Anvi approach him, pleading with him not to rush into marrying Reeva and to reconsider his love for Savi.
Despite their efforts, Ishaan dismisses their concerns and asks them to refrain from discussing the matter further, insisting that he is making the right choice. Chinmay and Anvi are left worried about his decision.
Meanwhile, in Europe, Shantanu suggests to Isha that they should return home after their long conference there. However, Isha expresses her reluctance, citing her son’s rejection as the reason. Anvi, back in Pune, decides to contact Shantanu to intervene. She reaches out to him, explaining the situation and emphasizing that only Ishaa can prevent the mistake Ishaan is about to make.
Despite Isha’s initial skepticism, Anvi convinces her that Savi will listen to her, and she holds the key to salvaging her son’s love story. Determined, Isha agrees to return to Pune to save her son’s relationship.
