Aadhya approached Shruti, who inquired about her sudden awakening. “Why did you get up? Come here, I’ll help you sleep,” she offered, encouraging Aadhya to join her. “Let’s go to Mamma. I’ll tell you a bedtime story,” she suggested warmly.
But Aadhya declined, expressing her need for her own mother. “I need my Mummy,” she said. “You’re not my Mummy.” She praised her mother, admitting her previous misjudgment. “Thank goodness I realized my mistake before your wedding with Pops. Now we can live happily,” she concluded.
Aadhya clarified to Shruti that while they could be best friends, she wasn’t her mother. Shruti insisted, “I am your family,” as Anuj called Aadhya over. Aadhya joined Anuj and Anupama, embracing them, while Shruti pleaded, “Please don’t leave me.”
Aadhya then took a selfie with Anuj and Anupama, leaving Shruti in tears. “Anupama, you can’t do this to me,” she cried out in her imagination, determined not to let this dream become reality.
Anupama emerges and spots Diya with Yashdeep, her face lighting up with joy at the sight of her. Diya warmly congratulates Anupama on rejoining the competition, remarking, “I always knew you’d return to the dance academy, especially after becoming a superstar chef.” She then recalls the upcoming dance event, gently nudging Anupama’s memory. Anupama admits she’s been preoccupied but promises to refocus on the event after the competition.
Sensitive to Anupama’s feelings, Diya gently probes, asking if it bothers her to live with her ex while his future wife is also in the house. She reflects on the enduring nature of love, suggesting that while times may change, deep-seated emotions remain. She questions if Anupama ever feels stifled, pointing out that while they may adopt modern lifestyles, the essence of their past love remains unchanged.
Anupama acknowledges the complexity but asserts that her relationship with Anuj, though marked by both joy and pain, transcends ordinary expectations. She compares their love to that of Radha and Krishna, emphasizing that her only wish is for Anuj’s happiness, with no personal desires or expectations.
Anupama confides that she’s primarily there for her daughter, acknowledging the deep animosity Aadhya holds towards her. She hopes to lessen her daughter’s hatred, understanding that it stems from pain. Diya, however, redirects the conversation, questioning the possibility of Anuj and Shruti finding happiness together, suggesting that true happiness might elude them both. She highlights the emotional toll of such situations, expressing concern for Aadhya’s well-being should Anuj and Shruti’s marriage falter.
Titu plays a song and dances with Ishu and Mahi. Babu ji, Baa, Kavya, and Dimpy rejoice, while Ansh and Vanraj appear dismayed. Vanraj’s expression changes as Ansh approaches him, smiling. Ansh invites Babu ji to join them in dancing. Babu ji, Baa, Kavya, and Dimpy join in the dance. Titu addresses Babu ji, expressing that he’s here as a son, not just a son-in-law, noting that sons also contribute to household expenses. He hands an envelope to Babu ji, indicating his intention to contribute to the wedding expenses. However, Vanraj declines the offer.
Titu clarifies that he wishes to share in the financial responsibility. Babu ji responds, emphasizing that it’s about respect, not money, and assures Titu that they will maintain his dignity, taking care of all responsibilities.
Dimpy reveals that Titu has chosen a mangalsutra for her. Baa becomes emotional, envisioning Dimpy wearing the mangalsutra again. Titu embraces Babu ji and then approaches Vanraj, expressing his desire to be a father figure to Ansh and to consider Vanraj as his own father, promising to address him as such once accepted.
Yashdeep empathizes with Anupama’s busy schedule and requests her to prepare tiffin, to which she agrees. Anuj watches Anupama as she leaves. Yashdeep extends his best wishes, while Diya invites Anupama to join a dance class after the competition, suggesting she bring Aadhya along. They depart.
Anupama returns and queries Anuj about his views on marriage. Anuj responds that Aadhya and Shruti are keen to expedite the wedding.
Vanraj is assaulted by thugs demanding his belongings. Titu intervenes, prompting Vanraj to retaliate fiercely, causing the thugs to flee. Titu suggests they resume their gym sessions.
Later, Anuj daydreams of Anupama rousing him from sleep. Stirred, he expresses romantic sentiments, vowing not to let her go. Anupama gently reminds him to invoke the divine early in the morning. He awakens to reality, finding Anupama engaged in prayer.
Aadhya discovers a teddy bear with a message from Anuj, bringing her joy. Anupama enters, and Aadhya’s mood shifts. Anupama advises her to tend to her fever, freshen up, eat, and take medicine. Aadhya questions her authority to give such advice.
