Yashdeep is on his way home when some guys start laughing at him. Yashdeep confronts them, asking, “Do you have any problem?” One of the guys retorts, “Blo*dy cheaters, you are unhygienic people.
” Yashdeep demands, “What did you say?” The guy dismissively replies, “Get lost.” Angered, Yashdeep hits him. The other guys with him beat Yashdeep up and then run away. Yashdeep shouts after them, “My spice and chutney is the best!”
Meanwhile, Anupama arrives at her brother’s house. He embraces her, saying, “I trust my sister.” Elsewhere, Vanraj notices a phone vibrating and realizes it belongs to Dimpy. Assuming Ansh must have taken it after playing, he sees there are 10 missed calls from Titu. Titu calls again, and Vanraj answers.
Titu asks, “Why didn’t you come? If you’re stuck, come in the morning. I need to tell you about my past.” He says he will send the location and asks her to meet him in the morning. Vanraj listens without responding.
Anupama’s brother brings her inside, saying, “If you had told me, I would have come to pick you up.” She explains that after her flight landed in Mumbai, she took a train to Ahmedabad and came here. Noticing a trophy, she asks if it’s Nihaar’s. He replies, “No, it’s mine. My boss gave it to me for achieving the sales target.”
Titu, still on the call, asks if she’s listening. Vanraj, in a feminine voice, says, “Yes.” Titu surmises she must be with Baa, Kavya, and others, which is why she couldn’t talk. He reiterates, “Come in the morning,” and then says goodbye. Dimpy starts looking for her phone. Titu sends the location, and Vanraj examines it. Dimpy then asks, “What are you doing?”
Anupama’s brother asks her if she plans to stay here or at the Shah house. She replies that she will stay here. Then, she inquires about Nihar. Her brother tells her that Nihar received a scholarship and is studying at Rajkot College. Anupama is pleased to hear this and mentions she will sleep here, keeping an eye on their mother.
Dimpy asks Vanraj why he is sleeping on the floor. He says he’s fine. She then mentions she is looking for her phone. Vanraj secretly places her phone under the sofa, calls it, and asks her to search for it.
He then retrieves it from under the sofa and hands it to her. Meanwhile, Anupama talks to her mother’s photo, expressing her belief that Vanraj is likely waiting to taunt and insult her. Vanraj thinks to himself that Titu won’t reveal the truth to Dimpy, as he plans to disclose it dramatically later.
Yashdeep arrives home, and Beeji scolds him for being out all night. He reveals that he took a significant loan for the New Jersey branch and fears they might have to sell their house.
He is angry that Anupama is enjoying Dimpy’s wedding while they are suffering. Beeji defends Anupama, saying she has the right to attend her daughter’s wedding and that Yashdeep should have found the real culprit instead of blaming Anupama. Yashdeep reflects on his actions.
Anuj calls Anupama, who answers. He apologizes for calling late and asks if she arrived safely. Anupama apologizes for not informing him earlier. Anuj inquires about her backache, and she assures him it hasn’t started again. He asks where she is staying, and she says at her mother’s house, Bhavesh’s house.
Anuj mentions they will also be leaving soon. Anupama asks him to give Aadhya the lehenga she had stitched from the saree he gave her but not to mention it was from her. Anuj agrees and promises to ensure Aadhya wears it. They exchange goodbyes, and Anuj notes that “Maa is Maa.”
Anupama struggles to sleep, praying for courage until everything gets better. The auto she is riding in breaks down, and she starts walking. She notices people staring at her and sees “Superstar Chef Anupama Joshi” defaced with red paint and cockroaches.
Remembering hurtful comments from Vanraj, Aadhya, and others, she feels down. Just then, a procession with a girl dressed as Mata passes by. The girl applies a tilak to Anupama, reminding her of Babu ji’s tilak when she left the Shah house. Feeling strengthened, Anupama thanks Mata ji for the courage to face her troubles.
Paro records a family video. Babu ji remarks on the preciousness of such moments. Kavya comments on the nostalgia these videos bring. Dimpy worries about missing Titu’s call, while Kavya suspects Vanraj’s intentions. Kinjal wishes her mother were there for support.
As the video continues, Ishu asks if it’s complete, but Pari insists it isn’t complete without Dadi. Baa doubts Anupama will come. Suddenly, Anupama appears, and Pari excitedly captures the moment, announcing that Dadi has arrived.
