Anupama gazes at Aadhya, who is sitting quietly, as a poignant song plays in the background. Aadhya begins to feel sleepy and eventually falls asleep. Anupama approaches her, gently holding her, and Aadhya instinctively hugs her. The scene is accompanied by the emotional “Maa” song, evoking tears from Anupama.
Meanwhile, Baa expresses her frustration that they had advised against the trip to India, but Vanraj insisted on returning. Babu ji tries to console her, highlighting the silver lining that Pari, Aadhya, and Anupama are safe, and expressing hope for Shruti’s recovery. Kavya sympathizes with Anupama, Kinjal, and Shruti’s ordeal. Pakhi shares her concern for Aadhya, understanding the gravity of the situation as Shruti fights for her life. She reveals Kinjal’s account that Anupama saved Pari, which surprises Vanraj.
Vanraj admits that he would have acted similarly but wouldn’t have left his son and daughter-in-law alone in the hospital. Babu ji defends Anupama, pointing out Vanraj’s habitual misunderstanding of her. Vanraj accuses Anupama of not prioritizing her family, especially in front of Anuj and Aadhya. Dimpy questions if the marriage is now off.
Vanraj reveals his belief that Anupama, despite her efforts to move on, still holds feelings for Anuj, especially since his restaurant is closed, insinuating her desire to return to him. Kavya and Dimpy reject this notion, and Vanraj asserts that he senses Anupama’s true happiness, claiming to know her deeply after 32 years of marriage.
He declares that the marriage is canceled due to Anupama’s lingering feelings for Anuj. Babu ji expresses concern for Anupama and Anuj, emphasizing the difficult situation they must be enduring, and prays for Shruti’s swift recovery.
Anuj observes Anupama comforting Aadhya and worries about how he will manage both Aadhya and Shruti’s emotional needs. Later, Anupama visits Kinjal’s house and expresses her reluctance to stay there, feeling like a burden. She assures Kinjal that she will come whenever they need her but explains that Toshu doesn’t want her there. Kinjal reassures Anupama, saying that her troubles are shared by the family. Anupama decides to sleep in Pari’s room for the night.
In another scene, Kinjal enters the room, and Toshu asks if “Mata Shri” (a sarcastic reference) has arrived. Kinjal reminds him to be sensitive, highlighting his grandmother Baa’s tendency to taunt others. Meanwhile, Babu ji expresses a desire to meet Anupama. Vanraj receives a call informing him that someone is insistent on meeting them today. Vanraj agrees and exchanges a meaningful look with Dimpy, which Kavya notices.
As the night progresses, Anupama experiences emotional turmoil when she sees Anuj. She is conflicted by the different perspectives presented by Aadhya, Shruti, and Yashdeep. Seeking solace, she looks at Pari sleeping peacefully before quietly getting a glass of water. Meanwhile, Vanraj observes the family’s distress, pondering how they will react to the upcoming visitor.
Kavya, noticing Vanraj’s preoccupation, inquires about the visitor. Vanraj explains that it’s someone from the office and asks her to prepare to welcome them, urging her not to dwell on it too much. Curious, Kavya wonders about the identity of the visitor. In the morning, Anupama is still awake, unable to sleep, and decides to get up from the bed.
Vanraj introduces Prateik to Baa and Babu ji, with Kavya watching. Dimpy joins them, and Vanraj praises her as the backbone of the family, showering her with compliments. Kavya becomes suspicious of their closeness.
Meanwhile, Anuj notices Aadhya writing in her diary and inquires about it. Aadhya explains that she is writing a manifestation diary, inspired by Pakhi, who believes that writing down her wishes repeatedly will make them come true. Anuj receives a call from the doctor, urgently summoning him to the hospital.
As Prateik steps away to take a call, Kavya questions Vanraj about his intentions regarding Prateik and Ansh. Vanraj reveals that he has chosen Prateik to be Dimpy’s husband and Ansh’s father, stating that Prateik is superior to Titu in every aspect and disparaging the latter. He urges Baa and Babu ji to consider his proposal. Dimpy secretly messages Titu, hoping for a reunion.
Kavya confronts Vanraj, adamant that she will not allow him to betray Dimpy and Titu by forcing Dimpy to marry Prateik. Vanraj dismisses her, asking her not to interfere. However, Kavya asserts her stance, stating that even if he doesn’t consider her family, she considers everyone in the family hers and will protect them.
Anuj and Aadhya arrive at the hospital and are delighted to see Shruti regaining consciousness, bringing them joy and relief.
Later, Anupama visits Yashdeep’s house and requests a recommendation letter to stay in KD’s house. Yashdeep offers her to stay with him, but she politely declines. He agrees to provide the letter, and Anupama expresses her gratitude.
