Anupama receives a call and answers cheerfully, “Hello, Spice and Chutney.” On the other end, Anuj remains silent as “Tum Dil Ki Dhadkan Mein” plays in the background. Sensing his silence, Anupama thanks him for the birthday wishes.
Vikram interrupts, apologizing and saying that the store is closed before ending the call. Anuj reflects on Anupama’s resilience, amazed by her ability to face daily challenges without giving up. He wonders why he can’t accept their separation.
Meanwhile, Shruti calls Anuj, and he joins her. Anupama enjoys dancing with the Spice and Chutney staff, Beeji, and Yashdeep. Anuj, concerned that she’s at the office despite her health, questions her decision. Shruti arrives to pick them up, keeping their destination a surprise.
Anupama continues celebrating with Kinjal, Pari, and Baa. Baa observes Anupama’s close bond with them and praises her as if she were her own daughter. As the celebration continues, Anupama is presented with bangles, but she politely refuses, valuing their love over material gifts.
Suddenly, Shruti arrives with Anuj, who wishes Anupama a happy birthday. Anupama, taken aback, is handed an invitation to Shruti and Anuj’s wedding. Shruti explains that she wanted to share the news with Anupama and also asks her to cater their wedding. Anuj, sensing Anupama’s discomfort, suggests they leave, but Shruti insists on inviting everyone present at the celebration.
Feeling emotional, Anupama congratulates Shruti and Anuj, offering them sweets before they depart. Anuj, touched by Anupama’s gesture, thanks her and bids her farewell. Anupama looks at the wedding invitation and tears up, later confiding in Yashdeep about her feelings.
