The lady constable jokes that she has stolen Tapish’s sleep and heart, making everyone laugh. Dimpy, startled, says, “You scared me, Titu.” The constables start dancing, and Titu arrives on a bike, joining Dimpy in the dance. Anupama prays for them as the song “Neend Churayi” plays. The group strikes a pose, and Kavya comments, “Lovely.” Meanwhile, Anuj wonders where Anu is.
Anupama encounters Rahul, who explains he had to take a job with Gulati because he couldn’t find work elsewhere. He shares that mentioning his past job at Spice and Chutney led to him being rejected repeatedly. Kinjal announces that the cake is ready, and Anupama brings it to the hall.
Kavya admires the cake, and Ansh asks whose birthday it is. Anupama reveals it’s Kavya and Mr. Shah’s wedding anniversary. Vanraj, having forgotten, sees Kavya become emotional as Baa and Babu ji offer their best wishes. Mahi joins them to cut the cake, and they all share pieces. Anupama decides to have the caterer serve the cake to everyone.
Baa starts dancing to a traditional song, soon joined by Babu ji, Titu, and Dimpy. The couples join in, but Anuj is still looking for Anupama, while Aadhya becomes upset.
Rahul confronts Gulati about not informing him that everyone was there. Gulati dismisses him, asserting his authority. Rahul warns Gulati not to talk down to him, reminding him of the cockroach incident and threatening to expose him.
Toshu overhears and confronts Rahul, beating him for tarnishing his name. Gulati, intimidated, offers Rahul a job in the US if he stays quiet. Anupama arrives and slaps Gulati, her past grievances flashing before her eyes. She grabs a kitchen turner, accusing him of ruining her dreams and respect. As she’s about to strike him, Gulati pushes her, but Anuj catches her.
He confronts Gulati, demanding how he dares and threatening to take his life. Gulati retorts, “Nobody can harm me, neither you nor your Anu. The law needs proof, and you have none. This case doesn’t fall under Indian police jurisdiction; you have to report it to the US Police. I wasn’t near Spice and Chutney that day. Rahul did everything, and even he can’t prove it.
Anupama, this is what you get for refusing my job offer. The score is settled.” He then warns Rahul that if he betrays him, he won’t spare him, revealing his true nature. Turning to Toshu, he advises him to accept his job offer to keep quiet. Anupama defiantly responds, “The score isn’t settled yet. It will be when I drag you to court.” Anuj supports her, saying they’ll deal with Gulati once they’re back in America, adding, “Your countdown starts now.”
Meanwhile, Baa and Babuji talk to the kids. Babuji mentions celebrating Vanraj and Kavya’s anniversary. Vanraj apologizes to Kavya for forgetting it. Kavya hands him a ring as a gift, stating their marriage is in a bad state and almost over.
Anuj brings Rahul in, with Anupama and Toshu following. Anuj reveals to everyone that Rahul put cockroaches in Anu’s veg biryani on Gulati’s orders. Kinjal says she knew Mummy couldn’t have done that. Babuji states his daughter was innocent while they taunted her.
Anupama and Rahul both cry. Rahul apologizes to Anupama. She tells him she used all her prize money to reopen Spice and Chutney and asks why he did it. Rahul confesses he got greedy, tempted by Gulati’s money. Despite working in America for years, he was just getting by.
Seeing Toshu hired with the same salary upset him. When Gulati offered him money, he thought he could fulfill his dreams and sleep peacefully. Anupama asks, “Did you sleep peacefully?” She declares she will never forgive him, and neither will the Spice and Chutney staff.
