The episode starts with Bipasha, Rumi, and Mimi discussing shooting an ad with a maid, considering it a form of social work. Aditya, confused, asks for clarification. Bipasha explains that the maid works for them and is illiterate, presenting a new experience for Aditya, for which she thanks him for coming. Jhanak and Aditya leave, and Anirudh watches.
He questions the necessity of taking a selfie. Bipasha defends it, saying Aditya is a big star. Anirudh criticizes their behavior, accusing them of lacking self-respect for shamelessly taking a selfie. Rumi defends their actions, saying they are fans of Aditya. Anirudh expresses his dislike for such behavior and advises them not to repeat it, before leaving. Bipasha comments that Aditya is angry because Jhanak left with Aditya.
Meanwhile, Arshi mentions her upcoming meeting and dance rehearsals, as her troupe is going to the US. Shrishti reminds her not to let the wedding date be postponed. Arshi explains that she has been trying to go to the US for two years for a big cultural exchange program. She then decides to visit Anirudh’s house before leaving. Shrishti informs Arshi about Jhanak’s story being published with Aditya Kapoor, showing her a news article.
Arshi recalls Jhanak‘s ad shoot, mentioning that Anirudh had decided to make her financially independent. An argument ensues between Arshi and Shrishti, with Arshi defending Anirudh and Shrishti criticizing Arshi for being blind to the situation. Shrishti warns Arshi about Jhanak’s potential success, but Arshi defends herself, stating that she is happy that Jhanak will leave that house and find work based on her talent. Arshi tearfully leaves after Shrishti’s harsh words, feeling misunderstood and hurt.
Arshi arrives home and meets Bipasha and Tanuja. She informs them that she called Anirudh while he was on his way to the office and mentions that their maid got good coverage in the newspaper. Rumi and Mimi also join them. Arshi criticizes Anirudh for arranging a big ad shoot for Jhanak without consulting them. Bipasha defends Anirudh, saying that the ad opportunity came to Jhanak on its own.
Tanuja expresses concern that Jhanak’s face will age, and then she won’t receive any more opportunities, suggesting that Jhanak doesn’t deserve such a fate. Arshi defends Anirudh, stating that he supports Jhanak and did not reject the offer on her behalf.
Tanuja explains that they are not in a position to object because they are following Anirudh’s wishes for Jhanak to become independent. She suggests that Jhanak could work as a receptionist instead of being introduced to the glamorous world of entertainment, where dancing requires years of practice. Tanuja becomes upset. Bipasha blames Tanuja for suggesting that Anirudh convince Jhanak to dance in the Kashmir festival, which led to the current situation.
Arshi expresses regret, saying she didn’t know Jhanak would disrupt her life. Tanuja reassures Arshi, saying she is confident that Arshi will manage everything well once she is there and advises her to get rid of the maid. Bipasha disagrees, suggesting that Jhanak might receive an offer from Bollywood.
Mimi adds that Aditya changes girlfriends every month. Tanuja observes that Jhanak avoids making eye contact with Aditya. Bipasha speculates that Aditya might not let Jhanak leave easily, suggesting that some drama might occur before she returns home.
Meanwhile, Aditya offers Jhanak water and engages her in conversation, asking about her family. Jhanak reveals that she considers her parents as her relatives and that her mother passed away recently. Aditya inquires about her father, but Jhanak suggests they finish the shoot first.
Aditya compliments her as his new discovery and suggests continuing their conversation in his room, but Jhanak declines, preferring to talk on the set. Aditya insists, saying they are friends and should be able to talk freely. Jhanak agrees, but when asked for her room number, she becomes anxious, not remembering it, while Aditya laughs and assures her they are staying in the same bungalow.
