Arjun asks the boy who he is. The boy replies that he is Dhruv, Dr. Mathur’s son. Arjun inquires how Dhruv arrived there, and the boy explains that his father’s friend brought him. Arjun asks Dhruv to come out. Nitya threatens to kill Dr. Mathur’s son if he doesn’t reveal information about Kamal.
Dr. Mathur confesses that he performed surgery on Kamal, and after the surgery, Aditya threatened his family. Arjun arrives and returns Dhruv to Dr. Mathur, who thanks Arjun for saving his son.
Nitya questions Arjun’s decision to bring Dhruv. Arjun explains that Dhruv is the same age as Karun and insists they cannot harm any boy. Dr. Mathur then reveals that Aditya took Kamal in a taxi after threatening his family. Nitya demands CCTV footage, which Dr. Mathur agrees to provide before leaving. Nitya decides they should follow him.
Romila asks Aditya who from his family will apply mehendi to Kashvi. Aditya declares he will do it himself. As he begins applying the mehendi, Isha asks him to write his name. Meanwhile, Karun is playing and jumping on a pillow. When Karun nearly falls, Kashvi rushes to save him.
Karun thanks her and promises not to jump again. Aditya asks Kashvi to extend her hand for the mehendi. When she does, Aditya notices the design is ruined because she saved Karun. He harshly rubs her hand, causing her pain.
Dr. Mathur instructs the security guard to show the CCTV footage, which reveals Aditya taking Kamal in a car. Arjun notes the taxi number and asks Devansh to trace its last location. Kashvi feels sad seeing Aditya’s name on her hand and begins to cry. Karun asks if she is unhappy. Arjun and Nitya arrive at a house and find the door locked.
Arjun breaks in and they discover Kamal in poor condition. Nitya suggests taking him to the hospital as he has a high fever, but Arjun decides to call a doctor to the house. He then goes to Kashvi’s mehendi ceremony and confronts her about having Aditya’s name on her hand. When Aditya tries to intervene, Kashvi stops him.
Arjun pleads with Kashvi to reconsider the marriage, saying they can make their son love them again if she gives him one last chance. Kashvi refuses, insisting it’s too late and she must go through with the marriage. Arjun asks her to say she doesn’t love him and is happy about the marriage, promising to leave if she does. Kashvi remains silent as the song “Chahatein” plays.
Karun interrupts by calling for his mother, breaking Kashvi’s imagination. He drops a glass, which Isha offers to clean up. Kashvi, realizing she’s still thinking about Arjun, decides to leave for some fresh air. Dadi asks where she’s going, and Kashvi explains she needs some air.
Dadi allows her to go. Kashvi gets in her car and leaves. Aditya, seeing her departure, suspects she may be reconsidering the marriage and decides to follow her on his bike.
Arjun goes to Dr. Mathur’s hospital, asking him to come quickly because Kamal’s condition is critical. Dr. Mathur instructs the nurse to cancel all his appointments.
Kashvi spots Arjun with Dr. Mathur in the car, driving fast, and suspects something is wrong. She decides to follow them. Dr. Mathur urges Arjun to slow down to avoid an accident, but Arjun insists they need to reach Kamal quickly or Kashvi will never be with him.
Dr. Mathur understands. Aditya, noticing them, realizes they are heading towards Kamal and tries to stop Kashvi. He blocks her car with his bike, prompting her to ask why he’s there. Aditya reveals he is following her.
