The episode begins with Sajeeri reassuring Shivam, telling him not to worry as there is a curtain for privacy in the washroom. Confused, Shivam asks, “You want me to go here?” She insists, and he reluctantly goes to the washroom.
Sajeeri muses to herself, wondering what he must be thinking since it’s his first visit home and he’s already facing such inconveniences. When Shivam comes out, he washes his hands, and Sajeeri tries to comfort him, inviting him to join her.
Meanwhile, Supriya calls out to them. Back at home, everyone is worried about Shivam. Nalini says she’ll call Sajeeri, but Vikram stops her, questioning her self-esteem and stating that Shivam shouldn’t go to Sajeeri. Sharad agrees, saying it wouldn’t be right to call him.
Sajeeri offers to serve food, but Supriya asks her to sit and eat. As they begin eating, the lights come on, and Supriya encourages everyone to enjoy the meal. Sajeeri mentions that Shivam isn’t used to eating spicy food. Offended, Shivam retorts, “What do you mean? I lift 80 kgs every day; I can handle the spice,” and starts eating a chili, only to find it extremely spicy. He begins to cough, and Sajeeri laughs, teasing him about how she used to call him “chili dish” before their marriage. Embarrassed, Shivam continues eating as Sajeeri urges him to have more.
Back home, Nalini insists on calling Sajeeri, asserting her right to inquire about her son and willing to apologize to Supriya. Vikram objects, asking if she really wants to apologize to those less fortunate. Supriya receives a video call, and during the call, Aaji spots Shivam. Nalini and Vikram, shocked, ask how she saw Shivam on the call. Supriya explains that the call got disconnected.
Later, Sajeeri prepares the bedding. Shivam insists on sleeping on the floor, saying he doesn’t mind.
Everyone back home questions Aaji about seeing Shivam. Aaji explains she heard Shivam’s voice on the call. Curious, Nalini calls Supriya and asks if Shivam is there. Supriya confirms, saying Shivam didn’t inform them because he was delayed due to a fallen tree blocking the road in heavy rain, and that he would be staying there for the night. Nalini acknowledges and ends the call.
Mandira remarks that Shivam has gone to his in-laws, exclaiming, “It’s too much!” Vikram, furious, confronts Nalini, accusing her, “You sent Shivam there, didn’t you? You staged this whole drama to get rid of Sajeeri!” She denies it, “No, Shivam didn’t tell me anything.” Aaji comments, “Our worry is over, but how will he adjust there?” Adarsh adds, “Shivam needs to understand how irresponsible he’s being.” Vikram nods, and Nalini feels relieved knowing Shivam is with Sajeeri.
Meanwhile, Shivam struggles to sleep as Sajeeri unintentionally kicks him. He mutters, “She must be on a football team.” Annoyed by mosquitoes, he sits up. Sajeeri wakes and offers, “I’ll get some mosquito repellent cream for you.” He falls asleep, and she gently applies the cream to his hands.
Aaji heads to her room, hearing a noise. She sees the fan about to fall and jumps back, exclaiming, “Good thing I saw it; it would have hit me and I could have been blinded! It’s a relief Sajeeri left because of my act.” She recalls giving a spray to Anjali and bribing the doctor to lie to the family.
Nalini asks if everything is alright, and Priya responds, “Yes, everything is fine.” Aaji shuts her door, muttering, “Why did Shivam go to Sajeeri’s house? Sachi will enter his life, and Sajeeri will be out.”
