The episode opens with Aaji’s arrival home, where Sayali warmly welcomes her. Aaji reveals that she’s aware of Renu’s behavior and intends to train her to be a better Saas. Sayali, touched by Aaji’s efforts, expresses her desire for harmony between them. Aaji, determined to mend things, assures Sayali and beckons her inside.
Meanwhile, Sachin excitedly greets Aaji, but she playfully warns him against lifting her due to her age. Sachin, apologetic for his past actions, explains his absence and the car trouble. Aaji, concerned, offers to accompany him to retrieve the car, but Sachin assures her it’s already being fixed. Paresh joins them, embracing Aaji warmly, while Renu looks on, displeased.
Renu’s discontent surfaces when Aaji mentions the impending ritual of turning the mangalsutra, symbolizing the completion of three months of Sayali and Sachin’s marriage. Despite Renu’s objections, Aaji insists on the importance of this ritual, highlighting the need to match their kundalis. Sayali, pleased by Aaji’s presence, offers to get water for her.
As Aaji prepares for a bath, she requests tea, specifically asking Renu to make it. Renu, resentful of the attention on Sayali, makes the tea begrudgingly. Sayali, trying to ease the tension, denies complaining to Aaji about Renu.
Later, Sayali brings the tea to Aaji, who reassures her about the upcoming rituals and her future happiness with Sachin. Aaji also reveals that the money Sachin took from Renu was meant for puja expenses, easing Sayali’s guilt about the financial burden. Aaji advises Sayali to use the money to buy herself a saree and be happy with Sachin.
Meanwhile, Sachin, enjoying the food Sayali made, praises her cooking in front of Tejas, subtly taunting him. Sayali, trying to maintain peace, urges Sachin to be calm. However, Sachin continues to provoke Tejas, highlighting Akash’s success as a chef and indirectly criticizing Tejas for his financial troubles.
The tension escalates when Renu scolds Sachin for not going to the office and criticizes Tejas for his unemployment. Tejas, feeling humiliated, remains silent, while Renu’s frustration grows.
Sachin jests about Tejas’s job loss, suggesting he should become a taxi driver. Renu and Sayali prepare breakfast, but Sachin slyly eats Tejas’s share, jokingly claiming hunger. Aaji and Paresh discuss the upcoming wedding rituals, with Sachin sarcastically suggesting canceling the marriage. Tejas, however, remains determined to prove himself, especially in the eyes of Aaji, who desires a grandchild from him. Renu and Aaji debate the order of marriage ceremonies, highlighting family dynamics and past grievances. Sachin, ever the joker, decides to leave for a ride, leaving behind a tense atmosphere.
Aaji advises Tejas to not repeat past mistakes and emphasizes the importance of his upcoming marriage. Despite Renu’s objections, Aaji insists on meeting Roshni before the wedding. Meanwhile, Renu’s dominance over Sayali is evident when she scolds her for minor things and prohibits her family from attending the puja, favoring Roshni’s presence instead. Sachin observes these interactions, hinting at the underlying tensions within the family.
