Rajat attends a Bangalore fashion show as the chief guest, watching models walk the ramp. He questions a contestant, Tamanna, asking if she had to choose between her family and the crown, which would she choose. Tamanna responds, “Of course, family. This crown is useless without them.” Rajat applauds her answer.
Sai shares her dinner with a puppy, remembering her grandma’s advice about always having dinner. Savi fills out an adoption form, tearfully recalling the doctor’s news that she cannot become a mother after her surgery. She writes that her reason for adoption is her inability to have children and recalls her and Ishaan’s dream of having a baby girl.
Rajat later notices Tamanna mistreating her husband and child, reminding him of his wife’s behavior. Tamanna orders her family to sit quietly during the final round. Rajat approaches her vanity van, where she flirts with him. He suggests meeting in his car after the contest, to which she agrees, dismissing her husband and child. The final round concludes, and Rajat announces another contestant as the winner. Tamanna’s husband reassures her that she is always a winner for them.
After the contest, Tamanna joins Rajat in his car, inviting him to look at her and loosen her dress. Rajat responds, saying beauty and truth shouldn’t be hidden. She suggests going elsewhere, but he prefers their current spot. He opens a champagne bottle and asks about her life goals.
Tamanna replies that she wants money, fame, and popularity. Rajat says he possesses all three but lacks a beautiful partner like her. She offers to fill that void, despite being married, declaring it’s her life to live as she pleases. Rajat pretends to get romantic, and her husband emerges from the car’s trunk, confronting her. Tamanna accuses Rajat of betrayal. Rajat counters, stating that beauty and truth shouldn’t be hidden. Tamanna’s husband, feeling betrayed, drags her away.
Rajat’s friend questions why he broke up a poor woman’s home. Rajat explains that it broke when she chose betrayal for money and fame, sharing his struggle with a similar situation. Savi recalls Isha’s desire to fulfill Ishaan’s wish by getting her married but asserts she wants to adopt a baby without marrying. Rajat, heavily drunk, remembers pleading with his wife not to leave him. A cotton seed flower lands on Savi’s shoulder, symbolizing her wish to adopt a baby girl. She sends it flying, and it lands on Rajat.
Bhagyashree Thakkar enters Sai’s room, finding her asleep and questioning why god took away her parents. She panics upon discovering a puppy under the blanket, calling Raju to remove it as she hates dogs.
The next morning, Savi speaks to Isha on the phone, spotting Sai on a bench with the puppy. She greets Sai, who expresses sadness that her grandma won’t allow the puppy to stay. Savi offers to keep the puppy, learning that Sai lives in the same apartment complex.
They agree to visit each other anytime. Sai’s caretaker arrives to take her away. Later, Bhagyashree and Raju take Sai for a school admission interview, coaching her on proper behavior. They enter a lift with Isha and Shantanu. Bhagyashree boasts about getting 20 marriage proposals for Rajat. Isha jokes that the suitors will run away once they meet Bhagyashree, who fumes in response.
Savi hands over a puppy to the apartment watchman, asking him to look after it until the evening. The watchman agrees. Just then, Savi gets a call from the adoption center, congratulating her on her approved form. She realizes she needs to convince her mom to let the puppy stay with them. Meanwhile, Rajat’s assistant informs him that they’ve included “Papa” in their ad campaign. Rajat finds it intriguing, thinking the campaign will make everyone chant “Papa” and forget “Mama.
” Bhagyashree calls Rajat, informing him they are at a school for Sai’s admission. Rajat says he can’t come because he’s busy, but Bhagyashree urges him to at least wish Sai good luck. She hands the phone to Sai, and Rajat briefly speaks to her before disconnecting.
Savi approaches Sai and asks what she’s doing there. The peon informs Savi that Sai is a new admission, and Savi is pleased. Sai sadly mentions that her papa’s call got disconnected. Sai tries calling Rajat back. Mistaking her for Bhagyashree, Rajat tells her not to keep handing the phone to Sai as he’s busy and doesn’t want to talk. Sai asks if the call reconnected, and Savi lies, saying there’s a network issue. Raju calls Sai for her interview.
Later, Harini visits Isha and Shantanu with her son Vansh, inviting them to a function. They agree to attend, and Isha expresses happiness about Vivek entering Harini’s life and bringing her joy. Harini shares that her perspective on life changed with Vivek’s arrival.
Savi returns home with the puppy. Vansh excitedly runs to her, and Savi tells him he can play with the puppy whenever he visits. Isha initially resists having the puppy at her house, but Savi pleads, saying the puppy will be a good friend. Isha reluctantly agrees but insists Savi and her father clean up after it. Savi thanks her, saying, “I love you.” Isha responds, “I love you too.” Savi smiles at Harini.
