The episode begins with Ranvijay pondering why he feels Jaya’s presence there. Jaya applies the haldi to Vaiju, while Vasundara suggests she steal Ranvijay’s haldi and apply it to Vaiju to make the bride glow more. Jaya is hesitant and says she will hide and go, then leaves.
Kaveri suggests it’s time for singing and dancing, and Vasundara asks her to start. Kaveri dances to “Chalka chalka re…”. Meanwhile, Ranvijay notices Vaiju and sees her smiling, imagining romancing him. Vaiju also dances with Vasundara and Durga.
Jaya attempts to sneak up to steal Ranvijay’s haldi, but he catches her hands. She manages to escape, but he finds her ring and recalls a moment when he put the ring on her finger. As he turns to see Jaya going upstairs, he follows her. Vaiju looks around, but Vasundara stops her. Jaya hides from Ranvijay, but he eventually comes face-to-face with her, leaving her shocked.
Ranvijay stops her and demands to know what she’s doing there. Jaya tries to brush it off, saying she’s there from the girl’s side as Durga is her relative and she came to attend the wedding, expressing happiness for his new chapter. However, Ranvijay persists, questioning why she’s really there. Jaya insists that she’s there only for his happiness, as he has moved on. Just then, Vaiju overhears their conversation and is shocked.
Ranvijay reveals his feelings, expressing his hope for their reunion, noting that he sensed her presence and thought it was an illusion. He accuses her of playing with his emotions, convinced that she still loves him. Vaiju is taken aback by this revelation. Jaya denies his claims, asserting that she doesn’t love him anymore and that he should focus on his upcoming marriage to Vaiju, who will make him happy.
Ranvijay is desperate for answers, citing his love for her, but Jaya insists that she regrets her earlier confession of love and decides it’s best for her to leave. Ranvijay pleads with her, expressing his deep love and asking her to understand. Vaiju watches this exchange, deeply affected.
Jaya, emotionally drained, musters her strength to bid farewell. With a heavy heart, she utters, “Please try to understand… Goodbye, forever.” She gently pushes him away and walks off, tears streaming down her face. Vaiju and Ranvijay are overcome with sorrow, tears welling up in their eyes.
Meanwhile, Jaikant, drowning his sorrows in alcohol, decides to celebrate despite the circumstances. He exclaims, “It’s my brother’s wedding! Bring me more alcohol; I shall celebrate!” Naagraj reminds Ranvijay to prepare for the upcoming ritual.
Back at the scene, Vaiju, deeply affected by Jaya’s departure, seeks her whereabouts. Desperate to talk to her, she enquires, “Where is Jaya? I need to speak with her.” However, Durga intercepts, expressing her own desire to converse. She presents Vaiju with a nosepin, a symbolic gesture signifying her advice on being a good wife and daughter-in-law.
Durga emphasizes the importance of mutual respect and understanding in a relationship, urging Vaiju to make decisions together and forgive each other’s mistakes. Vaiju, moved by Durga’s words, sheds tears of regret. Durga then touches upon the subject of love, pointing out that though Ranvijay may not have expressed it yet, his love will eventually blossom, as post-marriage love is profound and enduring.
