The episode begins with Vaiju expressing disbelief, asking if Ranvijay is joking. Ranvijay assures her that he’s serious and asks for her agreement. After recalling his words, Vaiju agrees, much to the gratitude of Aai and Kaveri. Jaya observes from a hiding spot as Kaveri brings sweets to celebrate. Ranvijay departs, and Aai embraces Vaiju, overcome with tears of joy. The whole family joins in the celebration, dancing in jubilation.
Later, Rao Sahab remarks that Vaiju should have ended the unwanted bond, suggesting that Ranvijay would have been happier. Ranvijay returns and counters, stating that happiness comes from building, not breaking. Rao Sahab inquires if he met Vaiju, to which Ranvijay confirms and reveals that he didn’t decline her proposal; instead, he agreed to the relationship.
Vasundara beams with joy, but Rao Sahab seems perplexed. Ranvijay explains that they had misunderstood Vaiju, and the truth has now surfaced, commending Vasundara for her unwavering faith. When Rao Sahab presses for details, Ranvijay mentions an encounter with Santosh.
In a flashback, Santosh argues with Ranvijay, recognizing him as Jaikant’s brother. Ranvijay confronts Jaikant, accusing him of paying Santosh to create trouble for Vaiju. Jaikant justifies his actions, claiming he freed Ranvijay from a forced alliance Vasundara had insisted upon. Ranvijay learns that Vaiju slapped Jaikant for speaking ill of Vasundara, whom he claims to respect greatly. Ranvijay condemns Jaikant for his behavior.
Back in the present, Ranvijay admits his previous misconceptions about Vaiju, realizing that she is the best fit for the family due to her love and respect. Vasundara agrees, adding that Vaiju’s true nature has been revealed, but Jaikant’s actions remain a significant concern. In the night, Vasundara rebukes Jaikant for his behavior.
He reflects on his mistakes. Ranvijay informs him that he has spoken ill about him. Rao Sahab expresses regret over their opposition to the alliance, stating they could have addressed it differently instead of attacking the family. He admonishes him for his actions, stating that he has done wrong. Jaikant engages in a heated argument, accusing Vasundara of blurring the lines between right and wrong for the sake of her son’s love. He warns of a significant conflict akin to the Mahabharat.
Ranvijay grabs his collar and rebukes him, leading to a physical altercation. Others intervene to separate them. Vasundara raises her voice, demanding an end to the altercation. She stops Ranvijay and, considering him as her younger son, expresses disappointment in his actions, declaring that the family can no longer trust him.
She decides that he must leave the house and stay away until the marriage takes place, to prevent any further foolishness. Ranvijay questions why only he is being punished, also mentioning his parents. Vasundara remains firm in her decision, supported by his parents who scold him.
Jaikant refuses to leave, provoking Ranvijay further. Vasundara, asserting her authority, physically removes Jaikant from the house, declaring he cannot return until after the wedding. She then closes the door, leaving Jaikant fuming outside.
The next morning, Vaiju cleans the floor and discusses with Kaveri. Saleem delivers groceries, which Aai inspects. She predicts that Vaiju’s marriage will be finalized that day during the ritual performed by the priest. Everyone prepares for the day, with Vasundara showing Vaiju a necklace, expressing her confidence in her choice. Ranvijay overhears, and Rao Sahab, acknowledging his son’s acceptance of Vaiju, agrees, albeit with some reservation.
Ranvijay assures them of his commitment, prompting Rao Sahab to ask him to prepare for the ritual. They share a light moment, and Rao Sahab hugs Ranvijay. Vasundara, observing this, feels immense happiness, interpreting Ranvijay’s actions as a significant step forward.
