The episode begins with Ranvijay suggesting that Vaiju wear a mask for safety, which Vasundara agrees to. Vasundara performs aarti for Vaiju and warmly welcomes her. As Vaiju sits for the puja, Vasundara remarks that there is still some time left. Kaveri admires the house and asks if they can see more of it. Vasundara graciously invites them in. Saleem comments to Vaiju that she will soon become the owner of this beautiful house. Ranvijay notices Jaya and watches her leave.
Vasundara suggests that Vaiju should go and see the garden to offer suggestions for improvement. Ranvijay is asked to accompany her. Jaya encourages Vaiju to go. Aai is delighted by the house and smiles. Rao Sahab notices her happiness and remarks that she has found a good match for her daughter. Aai confirms that it is indeed Vaiju’s proposal. However, Rao Sahab indicates that it is not Vaiju he is referring to. Vasundara then takes Aai with her, while Jaikant observes.
Ranvijay shows Vaiju around the garden, and she admires it. She points out that there is plenty of water on one side. When Ranvijay stumbles, Vaiju supports him and expresses her understanding of his feelings about Santosh’s actions. She tells him that she couldn’t bear what he had to say that day. Ranvijay responds by saying that while he has always seen her as someone who is angry and ready to fight, not everything can be resolved through confrontation.
Vasundara then shows Kaveri Ranvijay’s room, which Kaveri finds beautiful. Meanwhile, Jaya cries while looking at Ranvijay’s picture. Vaiju talks to Ranvijay, explaining that a farmer must have patience but also needs strength to uproot a weed. She questions what he did when his mother went to jail, reminding him of his anger when his family was insulted. Ranvijay recalls his emotions from that time.
Vaiju adds that although her mother thinks she isn’t delicate like other girls, she is genuine and has no regrets. Ranvijay insists he will never change, but Vaiju challenges him, asking if he would change for her. He admits that for the first time, he feels that some of their traits align. This realization brings a smile to Vaiju’s face as she asks if he believes their habits can match. He then playfully instructs her to wash her hands.
Meanwhile, Jaya, overhearing a conversation between Vasundara and Rao Sahab, quickly hides inside a cupboard. Rao Sahab questions Vasundara’s intentions, noting her efforts to make him spend time with Vaiju. He urges her to listen to her heart and share her true feelings, knowing that she is not fond of Vaiju.
Ranvijay comments that Vaiju isn’t malicious at heart. Rao Sahab remarks that everyone witnessed her actions; is Ranvijay considering marrying her? Vaiju notices a photograph of Ranvijay’s family. Jaikant enters and greets Vaiju, asking how she is. She replies that she’s fine. Ranvijay mentions how people often judge others without truly knowing them.
Kaki interrupts them, and Ranvijay fetches a towel from the cupboard and leaves. Jaikant suggests putting the enmity behind them, but Vaiju insists that relationships should be based on genuine connection, not forced reconciliation. Jaikant insists that she needs to understand the truth about Vasundara.
Meanwhile, Vasundara and Rao Sahab are shown performing a puja. Vaiju is surprised and asks Jaikant to clarify. Jaikant explains that Vasundara has a dual nature: one facade for the world and another hidden side known only to the family. Vaiju dismisses his claims as absurd, but Jaikant insists that Vasundara is a malevolent force, likening her to a supernatural being.
He accuses Vasundara of wanting Vaiju as her daughter-in-law to seek vengeance for her previous arrest, claiming that she will bring Vaiju into the family only to oppress her. Enraged, Vaiju slaps Jaikant, prompting a concerned Ranvijay to call out her name.
