The scene opens with Sachin mocking Tejas in front of Renu, jesting and singing at his expense, while Sayali observes silently. Sachin then engages Tejas in a dance, further irking Renu. Later, Renu and Shakku visit the temple, where Sayali overhears their conversation. Renu performs a puja for her family members, but conspicuously omits Sachin’s name when prompted by Shakku. Sayali, witnessing this, steps forward and prays for Sachin and their relationship, acknowledging the constraints of their marriage and expressing her desire for his well-being.
Returning home, Sayali prepares garlands, astonishing Sachin with her speed. Amused, he challenges her, but fails to replicate her skill, prompting laughter from Sayali. Despite his initial attempts, he admits to the difficulty and praises her ability. Sayali then applies a tilak to Sachin, revealing that she had prayed for him at the temple. Although Sachin jests about divine disapproval, he accepts her gesture and agrees to her making a garland for his puja. Grateful and visibly touched, he expresses happiness and determination, albeit with a stubborn declaration against changing his habits, before departing.
Renu stands up for Tejas, stating that he resigned because he felt disrespected. Paresh counters, claiming that Tejas benefited from his hard-earned money. Tejas arrives, explaining he took a stroll outside. Paresh launches into a lecture, urging him to find employment for a stable future. Tejas agrees. Renu suggests finding him a spouse soon. Paresh objects, citing Tejas’s lack of employment and financial stability as impediments. He insists Tejas should first repay Sachin and Akash. Renu maintains confidence in Tejas’s ability to settle debts and find marital bliss.
Sachin enters, demanding Akash’s presence, fearing Tejas might flee. He accuses Tejas of unreliability and expresses concern about his own investment. Renu reassures Sachin, proposing marriage as a solution to Tejas’s troubles. Sachin recounts his own marital challenges due to Tejas. Renu blames Paresh for Tejas’s misfortune, linking it to Alok’s tragic demise. Sachin praises Paresh’s integrity compared to Tejas’s perceived selfishness. Renu resolves to find a suitable partner for Tejas, despite Sachin’s disparaging remarks.
Tejas expresses his pain, stating that despite his love, he was betrayed, feeling a deep sense of hurt that others can’t grasp. Sachin interjects, implying that Tejas may have provoked the situation. Feeling isolated within his own home, Tejas departs, ignoring Renu’s attempts to stop him, while she reprimands Sachin for his role. Sachin promises Tejas will return, but Tejas, overwhelmed by memories, wanders onto the streets. In an unfortunate turn, he is struck by an auto-rickshaw, screaming out in pain as he collapses. Roshni, coincidentally passing by, rushes to his aid, noting his injuries.
Seeing his distress, she accompanies him to the hospital, where he recalls their prior encounter at the office. Despite his insistence that he’s alone, Roshni offers support, arranging for his surgery and seeking his family’s contact information. Tejas, feeling abandoned, confides in her, citing the greed and mistreatment he faced at work. Determined to help, Roshni stays by his side. Meanwhile, at home, Sayali urges Sachin to dress neatly for his taxi job, but he defiantly refuses, unwilling to change himself for anyone, sparking a heated exchange.
