The episode begins with Sayali in tears, praying to Bappa for guidance. She wonders if her life with Sachin will improve in their new home. As she prays, a flower falls, which she sees as a sign of hope and thanks Bappa for the encouragement, vowing not to give up.
Outside the house, Sachin is lost in his thoughts. Sayali approaches him and offers to serve him food. He declines, mentioning her likely displeasure at seeing Tejas, noting how people tend to remember the bad over the good. Sayali reminisces about her childhood, understanding her father’s advice better now. Sachin regrets that her father didn’t teach her to deal with people like Tejas.
Suddenly, Sayali hears a bell and insists Sachin come with her to investigate. Meanwhile, Renu comforts Tejas, who feels humiliated by Sachin’s actions. She reveals her efforts to bring Tejas home once he finds a job, but their plan failed. Tejas shows her a job offer with a low salary, but he’s willing to accept it. Renu is relieved, seeing this as a step towards restoring their family’s reputation, urging him not to quit this job.
Back at home, Sayali offers Sachin juice, which he initially refuses but then accepts and even offers to pay for. Curious, he asks why she agreed to marry Tejas. Sayali explains that she was distressed at the time and agreed, but the groom backed out. Sachin acknowledges her pain, emphasizing that Tejas must not be allowed to disrupt their lives again.
Morning comes, and Sachin arrives, instructing Paresh to summon Tejas outside, declaring he has an announcement to make. Paresh complies, bringing Tejas to Sachin. Sachin reveals that Tejas has six months to repay him 27 lakhs, pointing to a calendar marked with deadlines.
He asserts that Tejas must repay the money or leave. Renu interjects, dismissing Sachin’s theatrics, stating that Tejas has just started a new job today. She invites Tejas to have breakfast, and he sits down. Sachin abruptly pulls the chair, causing Tejas to fall, and demands he sit with his mother. Tejas protests, asking how Sachin can take his place, but Renu insists, saying others have no work. Sayali serves food to everyone except Tejas, who decides to have his breakfast at the office.
At his new job, Tejas is asked by the lady boss if he’s taking notes, and he affirms. She then instructs him to bring Roshni inside. Roshni, who is revealed to be a masseuse, massages the lady boss’s shoulders. The lady boss tells Tejas to focus on work, emphasizing that time is money. Tejas tries to explain but is cut off, prompting him to assert that he is an employee, not a servant.
The lady boss expresses her disappointment, noting that she hired him for his qualifications but is now noticing his attitude. They argue, leading Tejas to resign on the spot, to the lady boss’s dismay. She comments that he won’t find another job with his attitude of not taking orders from women.
The man tells Tejas, “Just apologize to MD madam and continue with the job.” Tejas refuses. Roshni intervenes, apologizing on Tejas’ behalf, acknowledging the embarrassment caused. Tejas explains his stance, attributing his actions to the value of money.
He hands his card to Roshni, highlighting his qualifications and expressing his belief that respect comes with financial status. He leaves, and Roshni, impressed by his ambition, smiles, noting the similarity in their thinking.
Upon returning home, Tejas faces Renu’s inquiry about his sudden return. He admits to quitting the job, citing it wasn’t suitable for him. Renu, upset, reminds him of his commitment. Tejas reassures her, promising to find another job.
