The episode begins with Ruhi urging Armaan to take a look at something. Curious, he asks what it is. Vidya emerges, fully dressed, and everyone smiles at her. Ruhi remarks on their happiness, to which Armaan agrees, noting that Abhira will be astonished to see Vidya in this state.
Vidya notices Armaan and Ruhi’s interaction. Ruhi swiftly gathers Armaan’s phone, keys, handkerchief, and wallet for him, causing Vidya to smile. Armaan expresses his gratitude to Ruhi before leaving. Ruhi ponders, feeling she has found a solution and deciding to inform her mother about their relationship.
Meanwhile, Abhira is at the temple, fervently praying to Matarani for her education and career. Vidya and Ruhi join her at the temple. Vidya questions Ruhi’s anxious demeanor, prompting Ruhi to reveal the truth—she and Armaan were in love before Rohit and her marriage, but Armaan selflessly sacrificed their love for Rohit’s happiness. Vidya is shocked and accidentally drops the aarti plate. Abhira rushes away in distress.
Despite this, Ruhi tries to explain that Armaan deeply loves them all and would never betray Rohit. She clarifies that although they lived under the same roof, their relationship never crossed the boundaries of friendship. Ruhi expresses her desire to stay happy with Rohit, but fate snatched him away.
Now, with Armaan and Abhira’s impending divorce, and pressure from Manish and Dadisa to remarry, Ruhi confesses that she doesn’t want to leave the house, Armaan, and her mother. Vidya, bewildered, asks Ruhi to explain further. Tearfully, Ruhi admits that she wants to marry Armaan, shocking Vidya.
Meanwhile, Abhira frantically searches for her exam admit card. Sanjay receives a call informing him that Manish transferred money to Krish, who is now seeking help from outsiders. Angered by this, Sanjay scolds Kajal and vows to teach Manish a lesson. Kajal suggests returning the money to Manish, but Sanjay has other plans.
Armaan calls Kajal, unaware of the chaos, and she informs him of the situation. He assures her that he will handle everything and asks her to focus on their parents’ puja. As Vidya watches Ruhi, the scene shifts to Sanjay’s arrival at the Goenka house, where he confronts Manish Goenka, determined to settle the score.
He kicks a flower vase angrily and shouts. Manish arrives and watches silently. Abhira mentions she needs to retrieve a card, prompting Ruhi to approach and hand it to her, explaining she found it on the floor. Concerned, Abhira urges Ruhi to share what’s bothering her, but Ruhi dismisses it as insignificant, and they exchange well wishes before Ruhi departs.
Meanwhile, Vidya overhears Kajal informing Manoj and Manisha about Armaan confronting Sanjay. Manisha expresses regret over not being informed, suggesting they should support Armaan. As tensions rise, Sanjay and Manish engage in a heated argument. Manish defends his support for Krish’s aspirations, stating he deserves encouragement for his talent.
Armaan intervenes, rebuking Sanjay for his behavior and insisting he leave. Sanjay lashes out, prompting Armaan to defend Krish’s passion for dance and his right to pursue his dreams. Despite Sanjay’s reluctance, Manish forgives him, but tensions linger. Armaan apologizes to Manish, who then criticizes him for his actions towards Abhira and Ruhi. He emphasizes the impact of Armaan’s actions on Abhira.
Abhira decides to tie a chunri for good luck in her exams, while Ruhi hopes her mother will be convinced of her truth. Abhira prays for Armaan’s well-being as they overhear Dadi and Vidya discussing Armaan and Abhira’s separation and the prospect of arranging Ruhi’s marriage with Armaan.
Shocked, Abhira watches Ruhi cry tears of joy as Vidya reveals her intention to rectify Armaan’s mistake in marrying Abhira by proposing Ruhi as a suitable match. Vidya believes Ruhi can bring happiness to Armaan’s life, considering their current lonely circumstances.
