The episode opens with Dhawal and Shantanu engaged in a heated argument, much to the shock of Natasha and Tai. Meanwhile, Naveli frantically searches for a painting. Shantanu questions Dhawal’s sanity, while Dhawal demands to know what Shantanu did with someone.
As everyone gathers around Natasha, Tai intervenes, pleading for them to stop and expressing confusion over Natasha’s return. Their shock intensifies as Natasha berates Dhawal for allegedly hurting Shantanu, insisting on going home.
Pranali suggests that Natasha might not be in her right mind, describing her as childlike mentally. Dhawal, curious, asks Shantanu about his relationship with Natasha. Tai, suspicious of Bittu’s connection to the family, decides to take Shanu and Bittu away, urging Shantanu to leave with her.
Shantanu complies, but Naveli, arriving with the painting, manages to halt Natasha, revealing a drawing of the Pandya store. Natasha refuses to stay, accusing Dhawal of being cruel and insisting on leaving. Tai, now more determined, tries to take them away, but Naveli pleads with Dhawal to stop Bittu, while Pranali prevents Naveli from running after them.
Shantanu expresses his anger, wanting to confront the other person involved. Hetal advises Pranali to send Natasha to a hostel to avoid difficult questions. Dhawal, desperate, demands answers about their relationship, prompting a physical confrontation. In the chaos, Natasha faints, and Dhawal catches her.
He lifts her gently and carries her inside, concerned about her lack of water. He reprimands Shantanu and Tai for their carelessness, reminding them she only has one kidney. Tai questions how he knows this, but Shantanu, realizing her fainting was due to stress, takes charge.
He revives her with water and medication, soothing her with a song and comforting words. They embrace, while Dhawal watches, feeling jealous. Eventually, Dhawal and the others depart. Pranali advises Naveli to let her friend rest, and Tai warns Shantanu that staying might make him fear losing her.
